You have a large variety of everything ☺️👍 the fruits and vegetables are fresh. The employees are friendly and helpful, so from my side its a clear recommendation, but the prices are a little higher than in other supermarkets, so dont just buy without thinking and without comparing the prices but make a list before hand of the things you really need so that you dont charge too much your credit card because the large variety automatically entices you to buy🤔😅😉

Comment: The pharmacy manager (I believe his name was Ryan) went above and beyond to help us out. I had ankle surgery earlier in the day and my pain meds were wearing off. The pain meds I was prescribed were out at my usual pharmacy and a handful of others I tried so I came here. There was a little confusion on my end with insurance/payment, but he did everything in his power to make sure I was leaving with my meds. Awesome job done by him!

Publix has always kept an amazing standard when it comes to store health and the care for their shoppers.We live in the middle of 3 different Publix stores and we go to this one most often.Parking is plentiful, crosswalks are safe (as safe as they can be these days) and Ive never seen the cart returns too full.Very happy that they still have baskets and Ive never had to hunt one down.

Comment: My last visit to Publix was great. Honestly, most of my trips to Publix are pretty good, but yesterday the customer service was quite noteworthy. I went to the prepared foods section in the deli and the attendant, his name was Sean, was so patient and helpful. Then during checkout, the attendant monitoring the self-checkout registers was so sweet and friendly. Its those nuanced, personal touches that make a huge difference and inspire me to shop there more often. I had stopped shopping at Publix because of Julie Jenkins multi-million dollar support of the January 6th insurrection, but I dont want to punish all the wonderful employees there just because of a misguided heiress, so I say thank you to the hardworking staff of Publix and I pray to see you again soon.

Comment: Alex in the deli is awesome! He took great care with my sub and didn’t just throw stuff any which way on it! He also didn’t let the line get more than one person behind me before he called for help! I thought that was great to prevent a huge back up. A lot of publix’ I’ve been to will let the line stack up to 8 people before they call for help. Alex was so polite and it just felt like such a great interaction. Very appreciative of him.I did have an interaction with an older man that worked here that I said “excuse me, sir” to and he put his hand in my face and said “WAIT!” And looked the other way. Had me stand there for 30. Seconds before he said ”yes?” But I have a feeling they keep him on as a loyalty factor…. He’s probably been there many many years and need a mix of older and younger employees especially in Vero with an older population.Overall though, this Publix is clean, nice, self checkout is the bomb and great employees!

Comment: The awesome ladies in catering did an amazing job!! We ordered a cake, corsage and boutonnière delivered at the Kimpton Resort Vero Beach. Ingrid delivered the cake and flowers herself directly to our suite. The whole process of selecting a cake, frosting, cake design… Ingrid called to confirm the cake delivery an hour ahead. She placed the cake in the fridge herself. Ladies - thank you so much. The cake is delicious and the flowers beautifully!

I’ve seen drug attics panhandling by the entrance or exits, or loitering around the front of the store looking to take advantage of people coming in the stores are leaving a few good times I noticed they allowed some dirt bag bum in the store with a shopping cart and spare parts for his bicycle to wander around the store I’m surprised they haven’t asked him not to come back and stay away from the store.. but on a positive note, they have the largest stock of groceries you could ever hope for very few improvements needed, mostly telling the homeless that they refused to take their ill gotten money in the stay away from the store. Otherwise keep up the good work.

Comment: The only complaint anybody could have about this Publix is the stupid parking area. They just do not have enough spaces or do they have enough handicap spaces because they have taken them and made them for the people that call in and pick up their orders curbside. If I cant find something at a different store and I go there they always seem to have it. The shells are always neat and fully stocked, if you ask a question of an employee they will stop what theyre doing either take you to the l the show you what you asked about it or they will call somebody else to answer your question theyre always neatly dressed and their hair is always clean looking (not like some places). When your ride somebody always welcome to you when you leave somebody always tells you goodbye and if you need help that always have somebodys to help you out with your car and load your purchases. I love this place!

Comment: Our go-to food store in Vero Beach, as well as our pharmacy, we rarely have been disappointed.It happens that I personally think (with some reason by means of experience) that Publix private labeled ice cream is better than all but the highest-end specialty shop product, so I shop there if I need ice cream.This particular trip was to fetch both prescriptions (which they automatically refill after their system asks me, via a text message, whether I want it that way) and some bread to make with the spaghetti we were doing that evening. Of course, that meant we had to get fresh garlic, which we prepare with a press, and melt a stick of butter in which we sauté it, and, having done that, brushed it on the loaves Id cut, and tossed them into the oven. Pardon me while I slurp up the drool; it was superb.Ive never encountered a negative person there, and am well pleased. Im distressed that, when we move to GA, there wont be one like it where were going...

Comment: This is the largest and most diverse of the Vero Beach Publix s. It serves the beach folk, and therefore had slightly higher prices than my usual Publix on US 1 at Oslo Rd. I came here today to get my free Publix shopping member cake. Knew theyd have a larger assortment than the other stores, and they did!! They also have more specialty products from around the globe, bigger selection of wines, more fruits, veggies, etc. This store is well worth the drive. BTW, when they first opened, the store was so huge, I lost track of my kids and nearly panicked! Of course, they were ok!, Its just THAT BIG!

Comment: Stopped in here today hungry with no idea what to eat until I ran into a worker by the name of Leah in the deli department. Not only did she let me sample a few items she helped me put a meal together that was delicious, nutritious and affordable! I got the sausage with green peppers and onions along with white rice. I was torn between the black beans or sweet plantains, to which Leah suggested I top the rice with the beans so that I may have both! I was surprised to find the total cost was only $7.48. Got home to eat and my food (it was still hot as she wrapped it up for me) It was so satisfying as I’m now full! I will definitely be back looking for Ms. Leah again as I never know what I want to eat! Thanks again for all your patience and helping me pick a great dinner I appreciate you!

Comment: Publix owns Florida. There is a reason for this. Winn Dixie, Albertsons, and Goodings were not as good. Publix consistently offers excellent customer service, the store is clean, and they are friendly. The store in the Treasure Coast Plaza remained open for business throughout the 2018 hurricane close calls. That is very awesome, thank you Publix. The food is a bit pricey compared to Aldi’s but for me the pleasure of shopping there is worth the extra money.

If you like big stores, this is the one to shop at. One of three Publix stores. This one, one on US1, and one on 58th. Have some organic and all-natural products. Sean helped us out and Andrene did a fantastic job of scanning/cashiering. We were also given a sheet with the new layout of the store, as many things had been rearranged. Lorraine was very kind to provide us with that info.Safeway, Super 1 Foods, Fred Meyer, these places could all learn a thing or two from Publix.
