Their produce is fresh. Their meat section is also very fresh; however, a little on the pricier side.The staff is friendly and helpful. They will give stickers and a paper with crayons to your child during checkout. (They always ask for permission from the parents, in a very polite way, before doing so.)This location is moderately busy at certain times of the week. This location also appears to be smaller than other Publix stores around the area but it does not affect the diversity of products. I would definitely recommend this Publix.Review is based on personal experience.

The pharmacy is staffed well, with kind professionals who have enough patience for a scatter brain like me. Im someone who takes many medications for multiple cardiac & other conditions. I usually have too many questions, & probably ask the same ones again & again. Im likely to be fumbling for my card or a prescription or something in my mobile or my tablet. No matter, I have never been made to feel like Im not appreciated & or not important. I really cant express how much that means to be treated like I matter. Its rare & although I have much difficulty getting to the pharmacy, & closer options are available... I am happy to travel out of my way to continue to have this Publix location serve my pharmacy needs. The BOGOs that are a standard at Publix, allow me to stock name brand & Equal quality Publix store brand items in my pantry, that I typically couldnt afford otherwise. The parking lot is well lit & not littered with trash or runaway carts. When entering the mobile shopping carts are easily accessible & shopping carts are always clean, well maintained, and available. When checking out, the efficiency & courtesy continues all the way to your vehicle if you wish to have an associate assist you load your purchases into your vehicle. Just Like they say Publix, where shopping is a pleasure

Comment: This is my 2nd time ever shopping at a Publix. One of the employees asked me how he could help. We were looking for the gluten free food section. The gentleman pointed out to me that the products were located all throughout the store in the appropriate section, and that there was a circular gluten free logo on each price tag for the corresponding items. Whoever came up with that idea should be commended! It made shopping for a family member with allergies so much easier.The store is nicely kept. I saw more than one employee restocking the shelves and pulling the items forward (it was called facing when I worked at Shoprite several years ago). The gentleman in the deli section was polite, as was our cashier and the lady who helped us bag our large order. Thank you Publix, we will be back.

Comment: We love buying at Publix not only because of the friendly associates and the organizational setting but for the most part because of the quality and fresh products from the deli, bakery, produce, and meets. In my neighborhood, there are others supermarket options that compete in price but in quality, there is a big difference, and that is why we choose Publix. However, during this past year, we all have experienced the struggle due to the pandemic situation, even though an associate is sanitizing the shopping carts, I have not seen any of the associates sanitizing the register are after the customers. And that is the improvement we need for the community.

Comment: This Publix was just as clean, organized and stocked as a other Publix. We were on the way to a friends house and wanted to pick up some subs. As we stood waiting for approximately thirty minutes, we watched as people waited for the deli, the hot serve party of the deli, and we watched the lady making the subs do so at a seriously SLOW pace. By the time we got up there we found she was very nice. But the people in front of and behind us lost their patience. When asked, no one behind the counters would call for help. of us. Just beware.

Comment: Dont get seafood there they cant tell you when caught or anything it smells too. Also shrimp and other seafood except salmon I think is soaked in STPP its on the label & theres to add color as weight to it and is cancer causing. Go to Orlando or I go to St Cloud & by Catfish Place restaurant raw fish. Products selection I like better than Poinciana Publix though.

Comment: We have been shopping in this Publix since 2010. We love it there. You can get great prices if you shop but that is anywhere. The customer service is what keeps us coming back. The people are all so helpful and we can joke with them. We could name names but I have not found a bad one yet. If an item I need is not on the shelf or I need help with how to prepare something, I can count on them to help. They always help us with our groceries being taken to the car as we are both in wheelchairs. I would and have recommended this store to anyone.
