They even helped me realize I had to completely change my Psych DR due to some kind of weird thing going on in his office. Aside from the pharmacy, everything else it amazing! From the deli, bakery, and sushi! Its always clean and despite it being busy theres rarely any lines and I can checkout pretty quickly!

Comment: Generally a wonderful Publix, but I have two complaints: it takes a day or two to put up the weekly BOGO and sale tags, but the people are wonderful and Ive never had an issue ringing up items and not getting the sale price. Secondly, the bakery refuses to slice bread. How is that ok? Am I supposed to have an industrial grade slicer at home? Imagine my chagrin at trying to thin slice fresh ciabatta on my own. The butcher aint leaving me with 35lb primal cuts. Be better, Bakery. However, the Produce team is, far and away, the best in the store and maybe the region. Great folks!

Went in last week for some good ole Boar’s Head lunch meat and I was greeted by Ms. Glenda in the deli. She was very charming and upbeat. I wanted some Boar’s Head London broil and she noticed it didn’t look quite up to it’s usual high quality. The particular package of roast beef left was near its end so rather than serve me the end pieces, she happily went to the back and brought out a fresh package to serve me from. I’m not one to complain so I probably would have taken the older less desirable meat but it made me very happy when she simply said “You know what? Let me go to the back and get a fresh one for you.” I told her thank you so much! She was very sweet and I hope management sees this and recognizes her for her excellent customer service. ☺️

Comment: I ordered my daughters Sweet 16birthday cake a day before her birthday 10/01. It was nothing close to the 24hr. notice they ask you to give. I was a little nervous, but the order went through. I remind you that they were closed at the time of my order. 11pm to be exact...I asked for purple bottom and white/purple top and for it to be ready by 3pm 10/02. The next day I was thinking maybe they would call me. Telling me they couldnt do it on a short notice. I went in at 2:20pm thinking the worse and that I would probably have to get an already made cake. I stood at the counter too nervous to ask. Then I hear, are you coming to pick up and the name. She went and got the cake and showed me. When I say beautiful... OMG!!!!I was very, very pleased and happy. Last minute order made and ready before pick up time.All I have to say isI LOVE THIS PUBLIX!!!Thanks to you all in the bakery
