Comment: Ive been shopping here for years. The staff is polite and tentative to their customers! Anything you ask for, they try to ccomplish! The store is always clean. I will say that the deli isnt the same as before. They are slacking in that department, especially with the hot case. They never have hot food thats ready, nor do they have a lot of selections for the hot case like other publix do. They dont follow simple instructions on the orders you place. They make their subs sloppy as well. I hope that they will work on the deli issues.

Comment: Always so pleasant! The only thing that keeps it from a full 5 stars is they changed where the pick up for preordered deli items to the front (by customer service). This is great for getting in and out as a customer, but it seems to have delayed the actual ready times. Its across the store from the deli, and a team member has to navigate customers and cross the entrance for the store to get there. Very inconvenient for actual team members to navigate, especially at busy times. I am also unsure how I feel about the self check out. The convenience is nice, but I also enjoy catching up with the team members - that is part of the experience! Overall, I love this store and shopping here

Especially when it, the tray, has not made its way from the deli to that area of the store. Good communication between the departments however. Received order only 5 minutes past the pick up time. All in all a good experience at this particular Publix location.

Comment: A very nice Publix. They carry a wide variety of products, so youll have options for whatever youre looking to stock up on. The only issue I have ever had with this location is the seafood not being the freshest, so I source that elsewhere. The meats are also generally overpriced, but thats a chain wide issue.

Comment: Always been very clean in the many years Im shopping in Publux..I shop everywhere theres a Publix wherever I am. With inflation as is Publix is still protecting clients with great Sales and, employees, cleanliness and sanitation. Ive been to other Supermarkets that are out of Sanitizers and Cart wipes for a long time now. Rock Springs Road Apopka is still great.

Comment: So about two months ago I went to this Publixs location to get my second dose of the vaccination shot. Accompanied by my granddaughter We were sitting by the pharmacy area patiently waiting for my turn someway somehow I was overlooked. This one lady sits next to me and and starts to engage with my granddaughter then ask how long have I been waiting I said about 30 minutes. They then call her up she then mentions that I was here before her and have been waiting a while. I then get called up and received an apology. I did not cuss or fuss. for I do understand things do happen. So apparently Ms. Nathlia that same day owned up to her mistake and was nice enough to send me a Publixs gift card in the mail for the long wait. Needless to say this is why people shop at Publixs because of of people like Natalia who demonstrate kind gestures such as this. Thank you sweetheart. Comment: Hi, today I went to pick up a cake for my mother’s birthday and interacted with a lovely women named Katie (don’t know the spelling). She offered to write on my cake and gave me a complementary cake cutter. Katie talked to me politely and over all made my day. I go to this Publix twice a week for grocery and always have a good experience but Katie’s attitude really made me appreciate how kind Publix’s workers are. I am always asked how my day is at checkout and if I found everything all right. I thank Katie and all the Publix workers at this store a big thank you.

Comment: Ive always loved Publix! I worked there for a few years, and the customer service is not what it used to be. The cashier was nice, but I bagged my own groceries. She was elderly. No other employees walking by even offered help. The lady behind the deli was really nice though and took care of us in a timely manner.

Comment: They have picanha (served at Brazilian Steakhouses like Texas De Brazil) which is an amazing slab cut of beef able to feed a party from rare to well done everyone getting a their share, obviously rare first until well done and gone. Comment: Very nice atmosphere, deep reds and dark colors felt warm and inviting. The restaurant was very clean, every dish prepared very well. Ordered 3 appetizers, 3 main dishes, cost 2as average 12 per plate. Service was high end of good, not great. Well worth the investment for the meal and take home quantity. 100% will return.

I accidentally grabbed an item that was bogo and a similar one that wasnt (different sized shrimp) from a different Publix and didnt realize until I was on my way home. Had ordered a pubsub 😋 from this location so I was stopping anyways. The ladies up front were more than happy to help me out and let me return the incorrect item and exchange for the correct one. This type of customer service is why I have been a Publix customer for years and will be as long I live in an area with a Publix. My pubsub was awesome too, but you already knew that 😉.

All we had was a name for pickup and the manager comes out and says that well need 6 carts to carry all of it. She and the staff were so friendly and helped us carry it all to my friends car. If I lived closer, I would definitely shop there. It was a clean, calm, and friendly atmosphere.

Comment: I have shopped at this Publix for a year and a half and have shopped at different Publix’s all my life. But today made “shopping a pleasure” Because I dropped an entire case of eggs outside my car just after purchasing them. I collected all the broken eggs and brought it up to a store member to trash it somewhere that it wouldn’t rot with the baking sun. A manager saw and asked if I wanted another case and I said no because I knew it was my fault. I walked to my car and started to drive away when the same manager had the exact egg case in his hand and walked it to my car! I’ve always loved Publix but this location and those workers made my day today! 😭😭😭😍😍😍

Comment: I ran in quick to get some sandwich meat from the deli. This time was a bit more pleasant than usual as there was a beautiful young lady behind the deli counter engaging customers as they approached the counter. I found she had a spark that many people lack these days just doing there job like robots. My deli number was called which made me yell bingo and approach the counter to order some boars head Turkey. Thank you publix and also to the young lady.

Comment: I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter. She requested it be Frozen themed. The cakes made to order was much more than I needed for her small party. I talked with one of the decorators who worked with me to do still have the theme but on a smaller round cake. It turned out perfect and my daughter said it was the best part of her birthday.

Comment: A great store close to home however stocking the isles on a busy workday such as Saturday should not be allowed. There are carts full of merchandise blocking the isles as well as the workers themselves are out there blocking the merchandise. Their prices have risen really out of my purchase range as well.

Comment: I love the store and it is always clean and people are friendly. What I dont like - it is a gamble who you are doing to get at the pharmacy. One lady there is nasty and short and I am a very pleasant person. This has also happened with my boyfriend who has gone on a few separate occasions. A couple of times also had encounters with her that were not so pleasant. My boyfriend is very laid back and is respectful to everyone. I do plan on speaking up. If she doesnt like her job or people for that matter, she shouldnt be in this line of work.Oh and also - usually the sub ordering area, I have nothing but pleasant people. They hired someone that clearly hasnt been trained well. Subs are sloppy. I asked her for tomatoes and jalapenos on the side and she bagged both of them together in the same pack. My daughter also asked for tomatoes and oil and vinegar on the side, she packed the tomatoes with olive oil and vinegar packets in same pack.. Who does that???
