Comment: This is my moms Publix and while visiting she told me to go get some items for her. My mom is the type of person that knows all the deals and knows exactly where all the stuff in Publix is. So when I went to the register I knew exactly what I needed to pay, but it didnt match because a item I took wasnt correct but the manager took the time to go check it and told me that the sale sign was right in front of the item I picked and that the sale price would be honored. I dont think it was a big deal to go get the correct item, but the manager was very nice and even though it wasnt something expensive it was a real nice gesture and good customer experience.

Comment: Only bad thing about Publix is it is *Expensive compared to other grocery stores such as Aldis and Krogers.They have disabled parking. A public restroom including for the disabled. There is an area for drop off at the front.They have a wide variety of produce, meats, dairy, stable shelf food and hygiene products. They have a Deli- serving Boars head cold cuts, cheese, hot and cold deli items. Such baked chicken. Cole slaw...This Publix also has a Bakery. The bread, the pastries, Stop by get the kids a Cookie. Their birthday cakes are legendary too. Join the bday club for the children.Also a instore Pharmacy. Pick up your groceries and scripts. Skip going to another store.

I’m assuming due to location the market is slow for organic bacon, organic butter, $3 organic California grown carrots for instance. But the store is clean well stocked. It seems the lotto here is extremely popular, the line for lotto was 10+ people long whereas I was the only one at customer service purchasing cigarettes. Friendly, no nonsense assistance, no demanding explanation or receipt from the lady in front of me asking to switch her item to sugar free because she accidentally bought regular.

The Sushy bar is another deffenet stop to make, as well as their cold cuts and cheese department. The store is a wounderful store to shop in,. But I just wish that this location would get the same face lift as the other locations. And I cant forget to complement the staff. A few things I think is worth looking into I have been sending Western Union fron this store and I rotate using my card and my wifes card because I am a mister mom. So I do all the shopping etc. A few days ago I was ask for an ID to match the credit card well I didnt because this time I use my wife card that was inconvenient because if I new that I could have stopped at the bank to retrieve thw money I needed to send. Lnow is have the battle. Second 755pm I was trying to call the deli to order wings no one answered the phone so I called the front desk they tried to call no answer. If they do not want to answer the phone because they have to cook wings just answer and say were done frying for the day try back in the morning. I can except that.

Comment: If it wasnt for Seth and Ana in the deli department I wouldnt even recommend this location. Seth definitely should be the manager back there. Epiphany on the other should be moved to the back and away from customers she has no customer service whats so ever. Overall, its a great store clean, convenient and always stocked for the most part. But Epiphany, just leaves a bad taste in my mouth and does not represent Publix well. If you want a 10 star experience in the Deli ask for Seth if available believe me you wont be disappointed.

Comment: They had a customer that was not wearing a mask. But a face shield and a face shield is not a verb mask which is mandatory in all Publix my understanding is no mask no shop text me back and let me know if Im rightEmployees are some great people but need to know the safety factors. Again your employees are great people iRacing is five stars on how employees are two customers and service. Not the knowledge of safety during covid-19

Comment: Never have I had such a pleasant experience at a publix sub station! Deon went out of her way to accommodate our dietary needs, in a clean and efficient way, with a smile on her face! I never seen someone work so quickly and accurately. Deon was so nice, she definitely deserves a raise!

Comment: My daughters went to Publix to pick up a cake that I really love especially from this particular Publix. They searched everywhere in the deli and then asked the nice lady behind the counter if they had any Cuatro Leches w/dulce de leche. They were devastated to learn they were completely out. They sadly told the lady that this was their moms favorite and that mom would be sad to not have her favorite cake today. Well....that wonderful kind lady behind that counter said to my daughters,I know how special moms are.....and I believe I have everything I need to make your mom that cake. If you can wait for a little bit...I will start on it right away. I cannot tell you how happy my daughters were. She put together this perfect cake and the girls walked in the door with the biggest smile on their faces. Not only because they had gotten moms favorite cake, but because they were so happy that the kind woman behind the counter helped them out. I want to say THANK YOU and God Bless you. **Happy Mothers Day to you. I know you were working, but I do hope that you were able to enjoy a bit of it. Thank you.**

Comment: There were available Publix people in the aisles for asking where products were. They were so friendly and helpful. One even saw me at the cashier and asked if I had found the pesto. That was very sweet and kind.

Comment: An older store, but very clean. The layout is backwards to my usual Publix, but signage is such that I could find what I was looking for. Parking at this Publix isnt too bad, and spaces can normally be found not too far from the front of the store.

Comment: Whenever you walk into a Publix all you ever see are smiling faces and happy workers of the people who work there now when I think of having me a good healthy and delicious sandwich from Publix Deli I will jump off the bus long before my own bus stop just so I can go and grab me a nice delicious Publix roast beef yellow American cheese on 5 grain whole bread is so good and the topics you have choices of so many toppings that you will be standing there scratching your head trying side which of the toppings you would like to have please keep in mind its probably somebody right behind you waiting to be served dont take too long in deciding how do you spell some fun and make sure that when youre over at this Plaza stopping at Publix

Comment: Publix Super Markets are my favorite! Always spotless!If you ask a staff member where to find a certain item, most often they escort you to the product instead of telling you in which isle its located.I love that. I also love the BOGO free & other weekly deals.

Comment: I must say this: I just moved in the neighborhood and we are getting ready for Irma. I want to thank Publix for their wonderful service. Every single person working in this store is so helpful and nice! They were working hard and restocking everything so fast, and making sure everybody gets the change to get water, bread and food! Comment: Very friendly staff. In some places they are so busy with private conversations you feel like youre intruding. Here youre welcome to chime in and join their banter. If you ask where something is, theyll walk you to the spot. Their pharmacy staff is great too. Its a small store with a big heart.
