Its generally pleasant. 1 or two of the deli or hotcase people may seem a little grudgish with an unpleasant facial expression. In the end we know its publix and they try to deliver best. Comment: This Publix is so outgoing when it comes to customer service. It was after 5 pm I went to pick up the birthday cake I ordered. There was a mix-up on the base color of the cake it was white. I was so disappointed they called the Bakery Manager, and he was able to come in. They told me to go home and they would deliver the cake to me. When the cake was delivered, I was so happy! The cake was PERFECT! The birthday was incredible. Everything matched perfectly. Thank you so much, Publix!!

Comment: Great place to shop. Overall, prices ARE competitive and oftentimes you can get many bargains and good sales, such as BOGO and sale prices as well. With Walmart not too far, they have to be competitive. Publix overall offers very fresh produce. Their meats are quite good and you can speak to the person(s) who prepares the meat if you want or need a certain cut, they will try their best to accommodate, if its available. Also, during Holidays, they do take holiday orders, I believe as of this writing.The Publix staff in general are quite pleasant and polite and will offer a hand if you desire to your car as well. Or any other help or assistance if you need. I find them to be very pleasant, and Im a transplanted Native New Yorker of more then 58 years. Lets not forget their Deli which is great too.As for their Bakery. Fabulous really. For a supermarket bakery, I was really VERY pleasantly surprised and delighted at how fabulous and delicious the quality of their baked goods really are. While Im a home baker, sometimes Im just a bit too tired (☺) to bake. Sooo, I decided to try Publixs bakery section. Very delicious! You can get pre-made cakes AND specialty made cakes too. Ive ordered a number of cakes and havent been disappointed; except when I go on the scale! But thats another issue lol.😅BTW, The Pharmacy in Publix is phenomenal.Professional and thorough. Love Stephanie and Dixie. But all are fabulous really! Double thumbs up for the entire store👍👍

Comment: I love this place. Of all of the publix that I pass by on my way home this is by far the friendliest and most stocked. Staff goes out of their way to assist. Even the meat department will offer to package items that may not be available on the shelves.

Comment: Always a pleasure! Everyone that I noticed was wearing masks. Most were following the arrows on the floor, although the aisle with the cold cuts and cheese didnt have the X on the meat end so I went the wrong way...ooops, I turned around when I realized it.

Comment: Always a pleasure shopping at this Publix, especially when youre just looking for something youre being followed like youre about to steal something. Then that moment when you check out and pay leaving them stunned like hes not going to steal. The store should be called Profile instead of Publix! Great job of proving me right once more...(only this location)

Comment: I love my neighbor hood Publix. The staff is always top notch, helpful and knowledgeable. Today I dropped my bank card when checking out. Did not realize this until my next stop. Told myself that surely a staff member found the card and it would be waiting for me. That is exactly what happened. Keep up the great work!

Comment: Always friendly. Very helpful! My son requested the Publix Brand, their Birthday favored ice cream, as the shelf was empty!It was this fine young man who came to our aid! Thank you young man, and the Public manager that taught him what was expected out of you, especially when addressing a costomer! You made me proud, proud to be in a Publix Super Market!

Comment: Great service Thanks Arlet in deli. You were our super star tonight slicing our meets faster than ever. Order was on point. In a rush home to feed a hungry seven year old. Thanks Alex for great plain chicken wings. To top off great service thanks Nolan for being a super guy, running to the deli department to grab the mayos I forgot. Tequila had a great smile and very friendly cashing out. You guys rock! Great team effort!

Comment: Always quick and easy service. Lines have never been long here for me. Only reason I am not giving it five starts is because just about every visit one of the employees tends to drive a large restocking cart directly in front of me and they tend to run out of stock on bogo items and customer service is slow so its not worth waiting to get a rain check

Comment: We ordered sandwiches at work on short notice and they accommodated us. The sandwiches were amazing and we all have high standards so that is saying a lot. Thank you Publix Deli!!I also came in for a birthday cake at the last minute and had a lot to choose from. The young lady who helped me did a great job of writing on the cake. I was very happy.Overall this is a great store with good sale prices but it is the staff that keeps me coming back.

Comment: This Publix is awesome. I got here many times a month specifically for the subs. Portia in the deli always has creative sandwiches to make for me. She is personable and makes the long wait in line during lunch bearable!

I live in Ocoee but usually drive 5miles out of my way to visit this location because the staff always welcomes me with a smile and are very helpful!

Comment: Apluswrecker junk car removal services: I really appreciate the service this store provides i brought groceries there and for some reason i left an item Shalonda at the front desk took real good care of me,i will recommend their service to any one with a doubt about that store.Cleanliness,Organized.My kids love the store.
