I walked in few minutes before closing as I just finished driving up from south fl after having to stay late at work. Any how the chicken was sold out and I was in need of something fresh. The gentleman at the deli was almost done packing up but didnt hesitate to help me out. With great patience he informed of a sale on boars head subs and offered all the options for the sub. Im assuming deli was missing some people it showed but thanks to those two girls they kept it moving in the sandwich area. Ray filled in where he can get in from sandwiches to slicer and Alyssa was handling the slicer. Not sure where the manager was but you all need to thank those three girls and guy. They made contact with every customer and it was three guys who ordered online and their food wasnt fixed. AQ grabbed one order Alyssa grabbed the other and how they handled it was perfect those customer left happy after waiting 45 mins thanks to them they saved those bad experiences. I wasnt planning on getting anything from deli but when I seen how she was handling the customers and interacting I had to meet. I asked her questions and she had answers and Im use to people saying hold let me find out no she knew everything I asked and honest. Shes a great Multi-tasker she was handling her business from the sandwich thing to the hot food. It got to the point where she said guys I apologize we are moving as quickly as possible thank you for your patience. Her spirit itself is wonderful fun I havent experience service like this before. I wasnt hungry so thank her for me. She made me buy something just to meet her. I wanted to tip she told me it was her pleasure and the gesture is good enough and turned my money down nicely. 20 dollars at that. Please thank her for me I told my whole family when I got home. Comment: Hey my name Micheal and I just wanted to share my experience. Im visiting from out of town with family. I been to my share of publix delis by far you all are my favorite one. I had two experiences one in the morning I met a guy David few days ago and my experience with him was awesome from the greeting to the food making. So yesterday I told myself Im going to go in the evening no way the service that good at the same location different times. Boy was I wrong I met this amazing young woman AQ but her personality from smile to the words out her mouth was pleasant. She acknowledged everyone at the same time and reassured someone will be with them shortly. I mean she was on it. So I thought I needed to let the world know if you are visiting Orlando WILLIAMSBURG IS THE PUBLIX TO BE THEY CAN THANK THE TWO DELI WORKERS who made my food and trip wonderful keep it up they need 3 more of you guys. Comment: These guys,gals and whatevers do a great job fixing issues as they become known. Had a mix-up with a sub sandwich order that I was picking up,it happens, curbside. The manager brought my order out, fixed the problem,and was very nice 👍

Comment: Publix is a good store to shop at and it doesnt matter what location you go to youre pretty much getting the same service. They have everything. You might pay more at publix but their locations are more convenient.

Comment: A great location to go shopping at. The customer service is always great. The store is usually stocked well. They have a variety of different foods you can grab for lunch like a chicken sandwich and there are a great selection of prepared food such as chicken salad as well.

The Publix Team was very friendly and professional- throughout the store...the products were stocked on the shelf and in the Produce section... didnt go to the bakery or seafood deli.....the bagger (female) put too many cans in one bag with a gallon of orange juice and made it a lot too heavy, I had to double bag it in my way out because the bag was already ripping.

Comment: It was my first time in a Publix and I was so excited. The store was clean and super well stocked. All the fruit was beautiful and fresh. We popped in right before they closed, we hurried but they never made us feel rushed. The prices were a little high, but thats the world we live in now. I loved the store and wish we had one in Los Angeles.

Comment: I have been eating Publix subs for quite some time now & not once have I ever felt the need to write a review based on how the employee made my sub. But this time around that was not the case. I visited this store and had two subs made by Ray. Ray provided me with the best customer service I have received in a WHILE. Not only did he provide outstanding customer service but I usually order the messiest sub and when I tell you he made it so neat. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at Publix. Thank you Ray for your patience, hard work, and tremendous customer service. I will definitely be back!

Comment: We were visiting Disney and stayed at the Ritz Carlton hotel, a stone throw away from this Publix..Being in retail business is fascinating as looking at other retailers become part of your vacation plans. I came to pick up a few things at this store including their famous sandwich - a young man by the name of Roudy attended to me. Excellent customer service, attentiveness, attitude, and mastery of what they offer were outstanding. Three other associates were simply watching him do his craft and looked bothered - this kid will go far if he decides to make retail a career.

Comment: DELI DEPT: PLEASEEE educate your employees on all of the subs. Every time I come to any Publix they never know how to make the vegan garlic and herb tofu sub and always have to walk them through it.Now I will say my last time here Austin was very helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure the sub was made and he made it with extreme care!! Thank you Austin.It’s really important to be aware of Ingredients because of allergens so please do just a little bit better, Publix.

We all have better days than others but some of the people working there seem to treat customers as if they are annoyed but hey..! Comment: Every morning I come in, I hear manager Lukcas saying hello by name to each of his staff. He is always working to keep the place tight. Patrick and Andrew always greet me and are willing to stop whatever they are doing to help locate an item. April and Kat are such a joy always so lovely and excellent work ethic. Bethany, Brian and Ginny and the other employees are always so helpful. Manager Chris is always cheerful and hard working. Kat has been exceptionally caring wherever she goes. There are so many wonderful people (employees) and managers that make this Publix a stand out. The place is always spotless and organized. They are my favorite Publix. Comment: I do inventory/product quality/price control for certain brands. Ive only been doing this the last month which requires me to visit various grocery stores. Publix app makes finding items so easy and saves me so much time. I prefer this Publix. Even though its in the tourist area they keep it clean and organized. Most of the employees are nice and caring. Appreciate them. Wanted to give them a shout out. As they make my job and my personal shopping enjoyable.

Comment: Efficient deli, especially ordering on the Publix app!! This deli got everything on our order correct EVEN the extra stuff that we put in our notes!!Checking out was helpful too. The bagger (wish that I got her name) made me aware of how to make sure my purchases show up in the app (it makes it easy when making lists in the future). She bagged my 2 purchases in different type bags so I could pull my friends order out of my car without going thru the bags, good idea.

The deals are great and you don’t need to signup to get the deals! They also sell that amazing bread brown bread from the Cheesecake Factory !

Comment: This location is pretty good for quick trips. Easy to find what you need. The only problem is that during busy time they need to open more checkout cashiers. Those times the lines can go back into the aisle. Otherwise, people are very friendly, is clean and will help you if needed.

I mean who does that?🤔😁 I wanted some shrimp because it was my birthday 🎉 & even though they were cleaning up for the evening the mgr was there and guess what guys I got my 🍤🍤🍤 shrimp steamed and fabulous baby!I am so loving this Publix store and I am GRATEFUL for the wonderful service that they provided to this Brooklyn NY girl! Comment: Seriously the best Publix Ive ever been to and thats saying a lot bc Publix is pretty keen on customer service. Luis the cashier always has his belt clean, patient and friendly. I never met Ashley in customer service but shes always in great spirits when I phone in for the deli. I like that they dont discourage phone orders like some other Publix and if they do get it wrong they IMMEDIATELY make it right. A beautiful brown haired manager even provided me w a mask once without making a fuss.I go out of my way just to purchase here!
