Comment: Definitely visit the Publix in Cape Canaveral over the Publix in Cocoa Beach!!! Came in at 7:20 this morning, and the people were WONDERFUL. First, we stopped by the bakery to buy a cake for my dad’s birthday, and encountered lovely, positive, upbeat ladies who helped us choose the right one. Then, we were walking down the drinks aisle and an employee cheerfully told us good morning, and the lady helping us at self checkout was incredibly helpful when we were discussing whether to put our items in the cart or on the weight sensor. Additionally, an employee came through the parking lot and collected my shopping cart.

Comment: We were visiting the area for vacation. Great little store. An employee had some things in a bag. The bag broke and creamer went everywhere. I stopped to help clean the spill up. I used the stuff from the spill station that was right next to us. Then asked the girl in pharmacy to call someone. A woman named Carrie came over and started yelling at the lady who spilled it. Telling her that they can not have customers cleaning up spills. The lady felt bad. I thought Carrie was rude for speaking to her this way. I had no problem helping. I work at Publix myself. I didnt want to see anyone slip and fall. Publix moto, dont pass it up, pick it up.

Comment: Publix has great customer service, but their prices are very high. The bakery is the best, cakes, pies or whatever your bake good needs are they are worth the price. The deli does have several options for a quick lunch. The pharmacy does offer some prescriptions for free, be sure to check before paying for a prescription.

Comment: Katrina gave me the best experience I’ve had building a sub. She changed her gloves and washed the knife before making my sub. This does not happen ever. Didnt even ask , which I usually have to every time. It is nice to see that a worker is not only happy to be there but also takes her work ethics to another level. Thank you!!! Comment: I live right next door, you cant believe just how convenient this is.. So the employees seem pretty good at being nice and helpful. The store itself is clean and maintains a good selection of most things.. And you cant beat a Pub Sub👍 On the downside, I live next door to Publix and the wipes, receipts, snack wrappers etc..end up in our yard when the wind blows from the north and Publix does nothing about this. They know about the problem, yet we still get hundreds of pieces of trash??

Comment: Very helpful employees throughout the store. The guy in produce let me mix and match the mini bell peppers, that was very nice of him, they dont have to do that. The self checkout kid was nice too, he showed me how to ring up produce and he even helped me figure out how to calculate produce that is sold by weight. This is a great store!

They were helpful and more than happy to direct me to the items I needed. The deli counter workers (AM shift on Monday) were very nice as well. Wish we had Publix in PA!

Comment: Umm CAROLINE WHO WORKS AT THE DELI is absolutely the best sandwich maker. She deserves a raise. Every sandwich/salad we have gotten from her is perfect. She is so sweet and helpful and you can tell she is always smiling even under her mask. She is always helping someone or doing something, never wasting time or ignoring customers. Theyve got the best produce around; Once, I did purchase some grapes that ended up not being any good, but they apologized & returned my money immediately! I had to return an item on my last trip (nothing wrong, just something I didnt end up needing) & it was quick & painless! I will admit, sometimes you can get a little better deal on certain things @ Winn-Dixie, but they dont carry SO many of the things I buy, so it doesnt end up saving much money when I have to end up stopping @ Publix for what I need anyway.

Comment: You have got to try $5 sushi Wednesdays. just went at 5:15 and they had a pretty good selection but they have one thing I wanted messing and the nice man behind the counter made it fresh for me. Nothing beats $5 sushi Wednesdays. I usually get three or four servings. California rolls cream cheese rolls and shrimp rolls are my favorite but they have lots of things like dumplings and other things. Dont forget the soy sauce. They conveniently have small packets and dont mind if you take plenty for your meal. Did I mention $5 sushi Wednesdays 😋😁. Try and you will not be disappointed. They have sushi throughout the week and weekend but the price is what I was mainly commenting on.

Comment: This one doesnt have much hispanic produce and when it does theyre not good but it does have a wide variety of everything else. Lots of parking. amazing customer service and fast check out.Should try and have at least 2 persons in customer service area, everytime I need money orders or anything else in that area the lines are long on both (lottery and register) I always go elsewhere for the lottery as I dont want to wait more in a longer line.

She helped us with all of our Cuban sandwiches after having a problem with another employee. She took great care of us. Comment: I called the subs in which took a while because they were busy. I totally understand how busy that Publix can be so I wasnt bothered by it. The person that took the order said it be 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later, and Subs still werent done. No problem cuz Michelle came over and took care of me. They were out of wheat bread so we would have had to have white no biggie. Michelle was awesome she went the extra mile! I cant remember anyone else asking me if I wanted the sub toasted before. Michelle did that. I never complained once about any of these things. Michelle wrote no charge on one. That kind of treatment makes shopping at Publix a pleasure! ❤

Comment: Staff is VERY nice! Always helpful. The check out counters could use another lane or two open, this Publix is always busy and full. Food is always extremely delicious and fresh. We get the sub sandwiches fresh from the deli- I crave them now. Very good!
