Comment: The updated store has a lot to offer. Bakery and deli are much nicer with a little more to choose from than our normal Publix. We are transplants from another store thats closing for refurbishment. Still we think Publix is the right market for Coral springs.05/27. The store is getting better at ordering and stocking the more elusive BOGO like cheese cake, crystal lite and others that are commonly snapped up the first few days of a sale. As long as the management continues to pay attention to trends they should have enough for most customers7/29 not much has changed, however this is the norm now, luckily our original Publix is opening back up and has more floorspace. Customer desk has gotten better.12/23/23, seriously 😣😣😣. Why bother staying open. I dont know how a store can go from having a decent selection of items to being basic. The store just down the street is now the go-to. Its new and has all the stuff missing from the other. I dont know if its management, logistics or all of the above. Moving forward Ill be moving myself to the new Publix down the street. Its a real shame.

The only thing that Im kinda not liking with the new publix was I ordered a small platter of chicken popcorn and scheduled to get it at 4 pm I went there and waited 30 plus minutes when the order arrived I waited another 10 minutes because they forgot the sauce. But other than that I love to shop at publix as everyone is nice.

Only reason Im giving it a four-star, is recently weve realized that the cakes formula and frosting formula have changed in the past couple months. Its no longer Publix cake and Publix icing, it tastes a lot closer to Walmart now 😕 still love Publix overall! Just wish theyd go back to the old icing and Cake recipe.

Comment: I really enjoy shopping at this publix..it is clean..the staff is extremely courteous and items are easy to find..if there is something I need and not on the shelf the staff is readily available and willing to look up the item to see if it is in the back..I specifically love the buy one get one free weekly sales and how their organic produce is grouped together..I am a vegan and also appreciate the wide variety of plant based products and how they are conveniently grouped together..If there is an item I need not on the shelf, the staff is able to look it up and tell me when they will be receiving a shipment..There is never a wait on any long lines and always plenty of aisle open..which makes shopping super easy and efficient..love this publix!!!

I come from retail and I find it impressive how everything is labeled and signed even on recently built displays. I have been favoring the pharmacy more and more often to the CVS across the street for flu and Covid shots, even for medications lately. Why? It is cleaner, more relaxed environment and I feel welcome. Thank you for having more employees than your competitors so I as a customer do not feel as if I am interrupting your colleagues!

The way the chicken tenders sit in the hot case is truly spectacular and dont get me started on those potato wedges. Wednesday is a hump day of an opportunity to take a trip to ancient JAPAN and enjoy discounted sushi...EVERY WEDNESDAY. That Ben & Jerrys ice cream is a cool alternative to that yucky healthy frozen yogurt we seem to never be able to escape these days. All in all this PUBLIX is wonderful from the parking lot to the staff to the Lottery line all the way to the shopping cart return. I just LOVE this place. 6 ☆s

Comment: This is the only publix I have been in that never puts up shelf sale tags. Sometimes they may be in the cookie isle but 95% of the time the frozen food, dairy, coffee, and more dont have sale tags. Ive gone to a different publix on the same day as stopping by this store to be shocked items are on sale (with tags) in other stores. Its a clean store, big self check out. But if you want to shop for sale items ever skip this location. Ive shopped here over 100 times in the last 4 years. Same every time.

Comment: The young man who was cleaning the cart and reconized me with my walker, aided me getting the walker into the cart. He was polite and helpful. Also the stockperson came to me and offered assistance...if I needed anything just let him know. Its hard to get good help these days but I found two !!!

Comment: This is a really well kept location. Even the restrooms look decent. I also like that the layout of this store is different too. It’s not super different, but it’s different just enough to make you notice and appreciate it:) I also found the employees sincerely kind. This location also had a liquor store in a separate building.

Comment: I love shopping at my local Publix Supermarket.... but the managers need to train their employees about cross contamination. CHELMIR.... a cashier that happens to be a minor (I was informed), bagged my chicken with raw veggies. I politely prompt her to bag them separately,but she rolled her eyes and laughed it off. There were other customers in line.... buy I expect to be cashed put patiently and respectfully, just like the other customers in line. The store needs to train their employees before putting them in the floor.

Comment: This has become my favorite market for a variety of reasons. Not only are the employees helpful, but they are friendly and actually hold true to the slogan of making shopping a pleasure. The buy-one-get-one deals make shopping affordable and a little adventurous trying to find the good deals. The pharmacy folks are friendly, helpfu,l knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

Comment: One of the best supermarkets in the area. Very clean store and very polite customer service. I even ordered a custom birthday cake from them and had to make changes after the order was placed and and went very smoothly. Shopping truly is a pleasure at this store .

Comment: Love publix, go here almost daily for ingredients or whole meals. 4 stars because Some items a little pricey, as you can find them cheaper elsewhere. However , Publix is so convenient I dont think i will stop going there. Clean, convenient, friendly, good selection.

Comment: I needed to find an obscure item, mineral oil. Two of the employees went to great lengths to help me. A Young Lady from the Front Desk and a Supervisor. They both walked me to the item (which I couldnt find anywhere else). I was very grateful for the help. The store was very crowded and Im disabled. I cant stand for long periods of time. When I asked the Supervisor that had just helped me, if there was a place I could sit until the lines, lessen. The Supervisor opened a vacant register and checked me out through the cash register. This was well above what would be considered her job. The Supervisor, on Saturday Morning (9/22/2018), at the Royal Palm Blvd and University Dr. Publix was professional and empathetic. She is very much the reason I shop at Publix, consistently. The Publix People are the BEST. Thank You!

Comment: This is a very nice Publix to shop for groceries. This Publix is well stocked - better than other great Publix supermarkets previously shopped in. Customer service here is at a very high level; everyone is always willing to help if needed. The checkout process is very simple here too, and this supermarket is very clean.

Comment: I love this Publix. I once ordered the Ready-to-Cook Catfish and they forgot to make it. There was some sort of communication error between the employees. The employee at the Seafood dept immediately spotted the error before I had time to complain and began working on my order with haste. I let me know it would only b 4 minutes and APOLOGIZED FOR THE ERROR. Mistakes happen, no biggie. Those mistakes r what expose the quality of customer service a store possesses. And this Publix always does an outstanding job which is why I go out of my way to shop here 🤗🤗

Comment: Here, shopping is always a pleasure. My favorite, worker is Katy she is a hoot; every time I go to the Publix she greets me and lets me buy a lottery ticket to test my luck! I have won 5 Greens one time! Also, get the chocolate eggos. They remind me of a child learning to walk because the more you eat them the less they can stand.

Comment: The Royal Palm Blvd. side entrance has its own cashier for quick in and out shopping trips and direct access to the pharmacy. This Publix also has half length isles so I can maneuver around. If you didnt know, you can order your deli cuts on Publix smartphone app so they are ready when you get there, avoiding the sometimes ridiculously long deli counter line. The staff have been very friendly here when Ive asked for items missing on the shelves. Great customer service!
