Comment: The employees an the store are very attentive and friendly with the customers. They keep the store well organized and clean with good products and great prices. I wish management can keep more attention on little details like the cleanliness of the elevators. The parking is a mess, even they have signs of only used by shoppers. The first level is always full at the time of the yoga, Pilates and other classes around the area. People park and walk in and out without groceries and holding towels and exercise equipment. Today as others days I had to park in the top parking because the first was packed with cars and the store inside wasnt that busy at all

Ive gone multiple times and found that thier shelves arent as stocked up as other times. Other then that, they have a quick check out and the workers are very pleasant. Oh and no scale to weigh yourself. Its usually what I look forward to at a Publix.

Staff is helpful and polite. The isles are very spacious and they always have everything I need. I usually go before 5pm, or after 8pm to avoid the crowds.

The security guards are very friendly. Cashiers are friendly and fast. Unlike the other Publix on Dade they have all the products we need. Every time we go we always go to the seafood department and they are always so happy to see us and let us know specials. We go to the deli and order a sub and a wrap. Sometimes they will see us when we are 50 feet away and give us a big smile. The staff at the checkout are always so quick. Not much waiting time. A nice, clean grocery store with a huge selection and good prices.This store has a deli counter, alcohol aisle (beer and wine) sodas & juices, chips & snacks, candy, fruit & Veggies, bread, junk food, cleaning supplies, frozen foods, etc...Fully stocked.The other choices in South Bay Miami are Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and some random local convenience stores.TJs and WFs are ok but I find they have limited selections and are usually over priced. Plus I don’t have a man-bun or wear yoga pants so maybe it’s just not for me.

Comment: The service here has always been exceptional, and the staff are all courteous at nice! They anticipate your needs, such as last week when I came in thinking I would just be getting a few things and didnt need a cart. An associate saw me struggling to carry my items and got me a basket.Today, I was packing my groceries into my bicycle basket, and the bike tipped over. The staff saw me and offered to replace the items and clean everything up. While I was inside getting replacements, one of the managers and an associate were kneeling on the sidewalk wiping all the pasta sauce (two jars broke open on the fall) and almond milk off of my items and putting them into a reusable bag that they gave me. I did not expect any of this and had no idea what to do. I was very pleasantly surprised, but I also know this is the type of above and beyond behavior that employees of Publix and keeps me coming back.

Comment: ✅🛒Best PUBLIX of Miami / Miami Beach! Friendliness and education in the staff, always available to help! Often full and organized shelves. Excellent produce section, with almost all organic products. Bakery is not the best 😐 does not always have the products we look for and find in other stores. Best day for shopping is Saturday. 👍

Comment: I want to stay I have never been to a Publix in Miami Beach. There is a garage parking, elevators and escalators. My big truck almost would not go around the turns beware. The store inside look like any other Publix. I didnt notice any real change on the price of products. Publix to me higher quality but also at a higher price.

Comment: The folks in the back stocking the store,produce meats,And the elderly lady in the bakery are willing to help you on the moment.The deli I try to avoid.They all look unhappy in the position they are in.The Manager of the store a African American is very unprofessional in many areas.And the cashiers dont speak English very well and clear to the sound.The store is great and the prices are good.Overall they need a nicer more friendlier manager.Send her back to school of love.Well apparently they did alot of improvements.The Manager has been replaced.And the store has done a complete 360 for the better.Great plea now.Thank you

Comment: The ventilation system / giant box fan inside the covered parking structure are a huge help. It isn’t just about helping to keep the place cool it also helps with free flowing air so people are sitting in here have to breathe benzene and fumes from combustible engines and the emissions they put off!Maybe they could consider adding some solar panels up top on the roof to help offset their carbon footprint and electric bill.... Just a polite thought.I also like the fact they have several security guards working here who are not messing with anyone unnecessarily, yet still helping to keep an eye on things to prevent vehicle break-ins etc.Can’t say much else because I haven’t had too much of a chance to do much shopping here yet. Mostly likely will in the future though.Thanks

Comment: We love our neighbor Publix. They remodeled and added a great food area and the prepped food and salads are quite good (Really!) and affordable too. Our staff is fond of many of their salads. The staff is amazing. It is always fairly neat for a supermarket. All neighbors would wish they did a better work on cleaning in the dock area on the side, as it smells, especially during raining season. But it has gotten better with the City monitoring all garbage practices in Sunset Harbour. In sum, a great place to shop with plenty of parking.

Comment: I love the covered parking. I can go from my air-conditioned condo to my air conditioned car to the covered parking garage at Publix then into the air condition grocery store. That is a great thing here in South Florida.I also love that they always have great specials.For example today I got my fresh pasta at two-for-one. That was an over $4 savings.Finally, the service is excellentent. Ask where an item can be found, and the employee will walk you to it!

Comment: Its big, clean, bright and organized (truly a 5 star shopping experience). While MOST of the staff is overly friendly every once in a while you will come across one with a nasty attitude but thats anywhere im sure. they will cook your seafood for you, season it and everything! the bakery section has as large of a selection as an actual bakery and their doughnuts are much better than dunkins Their flowers are also as nice and way cheaper than a florist. Huge selection and they last for 2 weeks when you combine the flower food w a shot of Listerine. Definitely the nicest Publix on Miami beach.

Comment: This Publix was my go-to grocery store for the 5 years living in the Dadeland area. Almost everyday (did my best to stock up on food to prevent repeated trips) I shopped here on weekends or after work (I parked at Dadeland South Station after taking the train).I never really had a problem in the store, although the parking can be crazy with rude and blind drivers. Also inside the store it can be really busy. As I discovered you have a lot of condos, office buildings, etc in the area so everybody shops there.Going inside you are looking into a huge store with items pretty much almost always stocked. Large assortment of everything, huge Greenwise section of its own (not crazy with other Publixs that its mixed up).Staff was mixed, in terms of some were friendly to help and some were not. You have a couple of cashiers that barely spoke English, smh.One staff member I miss though is Terry who does the cooking for Aprons. Love her to death. We always greeted each other and ended up having a conversation only when she was preparing the food, not serving haha! Especially food tips!All in all my experiences at this Publix was pretty good.P.S. this review is based on before the remodeling :)
