Comment: Shopping is always a pleasure at Publix. This publix sometimes has issues with their BOGO signs or other sale items not actually ringing up at the register. That can be frustrating if youre in a hurry. The customer service here is hit or miss. Some employees are very good at what they do,and some others really make it obvious they dont care to be friendly or talk with people. Either way pub sub is a pub sub and its still a great place to shop. Im just comparing. There are better Publixs but this one is just fine

The pre-order online option for the Deli is ridiculous as you still have to wait in line at the counter since they put your order behind the counter, instead of in an area you can just grab and go. He will completely ignore you standing there waiting for help and pretend to watch the chicken cook.Bakery : Love the bakery, they’ve always went above and beyond . I carry in blue prints of cakes which they follow to the T or replace if they mess up. For the fondant I order the copyrighted material myself and apply.Seafood counter : The older guy who seasons the shrimps in the back is amazon.Produce : the manager is more helpful then the staff, he takes so much pride in the produce and I’ve caught him taking pictures of the strawberries to show how great they are this season. He was so proud lol

Comment: I Love this Publics my times that I go to this location I have nothing but great experiences are theres a gentleman in the dairy Department name Robinson is by far the most kindest caring goes out of his way for not just me Im sure other guests as well but you have quite a few great employees there and it makes my visit Pleasant every time I go thats why I continue to go back there and nowhere else including Walmart I prefer to go to Publix and get less and have better service which I do there at that Publix

Comment: The store always has everything I’m looking for. The cashiers are always nice. My cashier today was Jaeliz, and she was very pleasant and great at her job. The superstar of the day today is Rey, a stock associate. He went well above and beyond to go in the back to find me an item that wasn’t on the shelf. At first he came back and said they couldn’t find it in the back. Then, he went back to check again and attempted to search for me in the store to let me know that they finally found it. The customer service can’t get any better than that. I am very appreciative of the associates there, as they are all always pleasant and professional.

Comment: This Publix is very organized. The fruits, vegetables & meats are fresh. The employees are professional. The parking lot is not big and can be a little crowded. Also, they sanitize all the grocery carts before giving them to the next customer.

I had a cart full of groceries and was about to put them in my car when one of the employees Seraat(I hope I spelt his name right) offered to help me. He put all my groceries in my car which was very nice of him. He was very friendly. That is what I call customer service!!

Comment: The employee at the bakery and customer service were so nice and comprehensive. I had to cancel a special cake last minute. That was due for pick up few hours, and they were able to return the money right away. My father was turning 50 and we were all very excited to celebrate it with him. We ordered 2 cakes.. and few hours before received a call he needed to flight back to our country for a family emergency. Out of all the things we have to worry this wasnt one. Thank you so much Publix and the very nice employees who i was communicated with and God bless you all. 12/8/18 9am.

Comment: I’ve never been to this Publix until the other day because I was on my way somewhere on that side of town when I stopped in the deli to grab some subs and lunch meat it was super busy and I my mind was scrambled A deli worker with the name of Micah helped me super fast as everyone else was to busy to help me and didn’t seem to be paying attention he got my three sub orders done super fast while chit chatting a bit with a smile on his face and when he was finished I asked if he could also slice me some deli meat as it looked like I wouldn’t have gotten it if I wasn’t able to ask him at that point so I was very satisfied in the end with Micah and his kindness but mostly the assertiveness of helping me and other customers around letting them know he would get to them in a moment I’ve never had that at any other Publix! Great customer service on his part more than I get at most Publix’s.

Comment: This Publix is always well stocked, clean and full of value. The deli crew is always pleasant and the fresh produce is unbeatable. I wish they had more BOGOs on the stuff I buy often, but the deals are plenty here. The parking lot is ample, although a bit awkward the first few times you visit. As with Publix, customer service is a top priority and shopping is a pleasure!

Comment: I always go to this Publix for my bakery service and I must say each time Ive ordered a cake they have did a wonderful job. However recently I needed a special order cake for my family reunion and I have to say they Went over the top, the cake was amazing. The cake was by far the best. I appreciate the bakery team and the wonderful decorators.
