Comment: My son recently passed and I stopped in R & S because I saw a large white cross on their website. Joanna, the artist (I call her), sat down with me. I told her what I would like and she made it happen. BEAUTIFUL. Absolute Beauty. The large white cross of flowers with a sash of red roses was spectacular. She also made me a large bouquet of large lilies and a spray to cradle the urn which I cannot explain but that she took my words and made it. Absolute beauty. In all pieces. If you want beauty and quality and special. GO to R & S Crafts and FLORIST. Joanna is a wonder.

Comment: BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENTS. TIMELY, FRIENDLY SERVICE.My husband has ordered flowers for me twice from here in the past few months. And, both times, they were delivered in the morning so that I could enjoy them all day on that special day. The arrangements were a nice mix of different flowers, some already bloomed and some buds so I could enjoy them even more in the days that followed.

There was an issue with one of the flowers in the ordered arrangement being out of stock, however Ruth was very communicative and called me right away in the morning with several options. I decided to let the designer use their judgment and skill to make the arrangement. It turned out beautifully and was delivered perfectly and in a timely manner. My friend loved the flowers and appreciated the surprise. I was happy to have made her day a bit brighter with the help of R&S Crafts and Florist.

Comment: The flowers that I ordered for my daughter in law were perfect and exactly what I ordered. What a deal too with the delivery fee included. The flowers were fresh and beautiful and she loved them. I am a floral designer so I am really picky about what I send. Also, I never use a order gatherer like AVIS FlOWERS or someone that just puts out FTD or TELEFLORA arrangements. This florist is very creative - which is what I loved about them (for one thing). Also, I hear that the delivery person was very nice and friendly! Thank you to R & S Crafts and Florist for doing a great job on my order!!!!! I will definitely order from them again if I need to send flowers in the Pensacola area. Im from South Carolina.

Comment: Phoning from out of state for a visitation on Monday, Labor Day. Raedonna was the consummate professional, coordinating with the funeral home for a Sunday AM drop off. I had requested a floor-size peace plant; she walked the floor and selected the best one, which was actually a little cheaper than my original price point, saving me money. I would never have known, had integrity not been part of their business model. To follow up, she volunteered to send a picture, so my 89 year old mother could see what we selected. Customer service is paramount here.

I stopped in R&S Crafts and Florist on Saturday to purchase cash n carry roses, and miss Carol was really excited to help me. To me, it really makes a difference when an employee gets genuinely excited about their job; it leaves a lasting impression.
