I also purchased a GORGEOUS hanging orchid for my neighbor as a wedding gift, and she said it was her favorite gift she received at the reception. The customer service is wonderful because Kenneth and May really care about the beautiful pieces they provide for their customers. They want everyone to be happy and will go out of their way to make sure thats the case. I highly recommend!!

Comment: My husband brought home the most beautiful two-rose arrangement for my birthday on March 28th ... and the flowers JUST TODAY (April 2nd) were ready to become compost (actually, one of them was still beautiful and I am drying it as a keepsake). The color of the roses (a deep red/purple), the lovely deep pink vase, along with exceptionally fresh baby breath and fern, not to mention the delicate ribbon, were of the highest quality. And the price was very reasonable from what my husband tells me :) My husband said they also carry other interesting items including hot sauce and dry rubs (that the proprietor makes himself) and they also do catering. I believe they are a fairly new business to Dunedin, and I can tell you they will be my go-to florist from now on and encourage everyone to check them out. Congratulations on a job well done, Rambling Rose!!

Comment: I found Rambling Rose Florist when I did a Google search. I wanted to send flowers to a friend in Dunedin hospital. I placed the order in the morning around 1:00 I received a call from KC letting me know the hospital would not let him deliver or even leave the flowers! He gave me some options 1. Re-deliver them 2. Store credit and I suggested form them to hold the flowers for me til the next day and I would bring them up when I go to visit her. KC said he would do whatever it takes to get the job done and that was his military training talking. I thanked him for his service and his customer service as well. About 15 minutes later I got another call from KC saying delivery is done he found a way to get my flowers delivered to my friend. Thank you KC for caring in a world that is lacking this. I highly recommend Rambling Rose Florist in Dunedin Florida

Comment: Received a beautiful delivery of a dozen longstem roses, and a crystal goblet filled with chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day. Arrangement took my breath away! And the strawberries were delicious! First time from this florist, and I will definitely use them for anything I need going forward!

Comment: I reached out to Rambling to see if they could help me in a last-minute situation after being Disappointed by a store on Tampa Road that I did business with in the past. Rambling they went over and beyond to make sure that my wife will receive a dozen roses tomorrow Valentine’s Day after stating they were all booked on deliveries but they gonna make it happen for me . Comment: Heroes! My experience with Rambling Rose Florist summed up in one word. The team really cares, the owner made our delivery personally. Customer service is exceptional, the team in Dunedin went an extra 30 miles to deliver our order. Why? Because no other florist in the immediate area could fulfill our order. So instead of canceling the order, the team here in Dunedin followed through. The floral arrangement was beautiful, delivered and followed up with a phone call to let me know everything went better than expected.. Thank you for making this happen, Autumn really enjoyed the flowers and you have earned a customer for life.

Comment: Yesterday was my birthday, and my daughter sent me flowers. I love flowers, and was excited to get them! I took a photo and sent it to my daughter. She quickly responded, and told me that the arrangement didn’t look anything like she ordered, and sent me that photo. What she ordered was exactly the kind of feminine, artful, classy arrangement I love.Here’s the great news. I called the florist this morning, to explain the issue. Ron couldn’t have been more accommodating. It’s a busy time of year, and he’s not able to see every arrangement that goes out, which is understandable.We had a chat about my taste in flowers, colors, and arrangements. Several hours later, a perfectly stunning arrangement was delivered to my door. That’s great customer service!Mistakes can be made. I think the kindest and most fair thing to do is to bring it to an owner or manager’s attention, and give them a chance to correct it.

Comment: I wanted to make my Aunts 76th birthday super great with beautiful flowers that she loves!! Im not in FL so I randomly searched a florist near her and WOW! Flowers are sometimes flowers, but WOW, their work is amazing and were so FRESH and lasting!!! They definitely made my Aunt Teresas birthday beautiful with their touch and kindness too (kindness is HUGE these days and not common)!!! Pics dont do it justice!
