Comment: I cannot speak highly enough of Kathleen. We struggled getting the balloons into the hospital as my loved one was a trauma patient and Kathleen continued to communicate with me until we are able to get the balloon bouquet into the hospital. I would recommend Roses are Red Florist enough!!

Comment: Absolutely a fantastic experience here. The customer service and quality were outstanding! Such a pleasure to work with. I called with a last minute order and they were so kind and helpful, when other shops couldnt do it. Comment: Amazing customer service!!! I ordered flowers for a colleague who was having surgery. I initially put in the wrong date, but they called and confirmed. Then the recipients surgery went better than expected and they were able to leave from surgical recovery so they never go a room. No worries, the shop called because they couldnt get a room number and when I explained what was happening, they got the home address from me and delivered to my colleague at home where the flowers were a big hit. Definitely an above and beyond store. I would definitely use them again.

Comment: We received a Christmas gift from a friend and honestly it is the most beautiful holiday arrangement weve seen. It is a small Christmas tree with lights and bulbs that is real with a red velvet topper and is very elegant. We used to use a florist close to where we live in Eau Gallie and now Roses Are Red Florist will be our go to florist. Stunning arrangement.

Comment: 8 months since my 1 star review in May over poor delivered flowers, I have to say, the store management stepped up and made amends. Have gone into the store several times to pick my own flowers, Ive received excellent service and long lasting flowers. They have earned back my business and Im happy to write this 4 star review.Old review follows: Very disappointed. First time using this florist and wont use them again. Spent a lot of money on a bouquet that started to die within 24 hours of delivery. Peonies in the arrangement never even opened up and the centers fell out onto the counter top. Hydrangea died the first day. Poor quality.

Comment: I could not have had a more positive experience!!! Gaylin from Roses are Red did my wedding flowers and it was not only stress free but so much fun working with her. She made my dream wedding perfect and we had the most gorgeous arrangements and cherry blossoms. It was like she could read my mind, and my bouquet was better then any I have ever seen on the web or pinterest or any magazine. I could not have better things to say about them and I HIGHLY recommend using them for any event. Every one is so nice and Gaylin will sit down and tell you like it is on pricing and what flowers will be best at what time of year. She is so honest and kind. If I could do my wedding all over again I would not change a thing about my flowers or bouquets. I would go to Roses are Red every time.

Comment: Christi and her team did the florals for both my bridal shower and wedding reception in Melbourne, FL. All the flowers were beautiful and clearly as fresh as possible. The bouquet that she made for me was better than I couldve imagined and was exactly what I was hoping for color-wise. With two 3-year-old girls in the wedding party, using slap bracelets for their corsages was a great idea and a big hit with the girls. They actually wore the flowers all day and LOVED having them on, then a toy to take home with them. Christis team also set my favors, along with the centerpieces which were more than just flowers in a vase, at my venue for a nominal fee. This was worth the cost and the directions I provided with my vision were followed to a tee. I would not hesitate to use Roses Are Red again for any big event or small special occassion.
