Comment: I recently ordered and was charged for the premium Garden Oasis Bouquet. It was delivered fresh by 8am and looks beautiful, but it is not the upgraded arrangement that I requested. I reached out, and they confirmed that they had filled a standard bouquet order, not a premium. The store apologized and agreed to credit the difference back to me, which they did. I am quite satisfied with the resolution, still have a beautiful bouquet, and will be ordering again in the future.

Comment: Very nice staff and very helpful. My wife loved the roses and they were beautiful. Went this morning to surprise my wife with flowers and she found time to make my delivery today , even though she already had a load going out the door to another customer as I walked up. Best service around.

Comment: I received a bouquet of flowers from Sandra’s Flower Basket, and I am just amazed at how beautiful this bouquet is so far. I got the flowers 3 days ago, and they keep blooming, and the bouquet is more beautiful each day. These pics are from the 3rd day. Also, they were so kind when delivering them. I just cannot say enough nice things about this shop.

Comment: The best flower shop in Tallahassee. I have used this shop for over twenty years and I have never been disappointed. Fresh flowers and beautiful arrangements are their specialty. I am using them today for our anniversary flowers.

Comment: I was very pleased with the presentation of the arrangement. The chrysanthemums were the reason I picked that arrangement and they looked great. I felt the online selection was decent. The price reasonable. I had no issues paying the delivery fee. When picking the date on the calendar for delivery it didn’t list the fee. The price of the arrangement was listed on the calendar. So know that the delivery fee starts at 20$ Which is reasonable. The note or card on the arrangement was hand written and kinda sloppy but that doesn’t matter for a funeral arrangement. I’ll use this florist again and recommend them acquaintances.

Comment: I ordered on line for next day delivery. Nervous, photo was embellished, and price inflated, I ordered anyway. The recipient was overjoyed and arrangement was fresh and vibrant and larger than stock photo. Worth every cent!! I will definitely be using Sandras in the future.

Comment: After searching and searching websites for local florists, I found Sandra’s. The online ordering process was so easy, the products are priced fair, and flowers were delivered promptly. The flowers that were delivered are absolutely beautiful! They even outshined the example picture for the bouquet I ordered in my opinion. All around great experience. Comment: Excellent service and beautiful high quality arrangements. Owner made sure to get my order to my wife while she was getting her hair dyed on time with in an hour and a half notice the day before mothers day! She didnt have too and I would have understood but this is the type of service Sandies Flowers provides. From now on all my flowers will be from here and I suggest you do the same!
