Comment: Skips Florist has done a few different sympathy/funeral arrangements for me over the years and they have been beautiful.I am on the West coast and my East coast family experienced tragedy on a Friday night. I placed an online order thru Skips at around 9pm my time, midnight EST.My sympathy bouquet was built, reviewed by me via phone call, and delivered by noon on Sat EST/9am PST. In approx. 12 hrs. Skips had created and delivered a gorgeous bouquet that provides some much needed beauty during a difficult time.Thank you Skips Florist, you truly are a town treasure!

Comment: I have had a very good experience with Skip’s Florist! I ordered a specific, premium bouquet for a friend who had recently lost her son. I wanted the smell of eucalyptus to fill her home to comfort her. She sent me a photo of the arrangement when she thanked me for the beautiful flowers. The arrangement looked pretty, yet quite basic, to me, and wasn’t overflowing with eucalyptus, as I had hoped. I called the 800# after business hours to leave a message. The man who answered was the owner, Skip. I explained my situation and he had me forward the photo of the flowers that had been delivered. He was beyond kind and accommodating and agreed with me 100% that it wasn’t quite what I had ordered. He personally took it upon himself to order the eucalyptus I had hoped for and resent an amazing bouquet to my friend. A grand bouquet with exquisite flowers and design. Skip shows such pride in his business and I appreciate all of his attention to detail and care of following up with me. I have owned businesses and know that good reviews and customer satisfaction determine the future of a small business. If I could give Skip’s 10 stars, I would. Always attempt to contact an owner of a small business before you write poor reviews on social media. Give them the chance to rectify a mistake and to show how amazing of a business it really is. Skips Florist, even though they tried to deliver them on the day we originally scheduled, agreed to re-deliver the flowers at a later time after my mother-in-law returned from her trip - at no extra charge.
