I researched online to find the best florist and after about an hour I decided to go with Special Touch. I met Irene on the phone who is absolutely fantastic in delivering exceptional customer service. The arrangement was gorgeous and brought tears to the eyes of those who saw it. From what I understand people were even taking pictures of it. So today, for another birthday, I decided to cancel an order that I had for cookies and chocolates and called Irene for another arrangement for today. Once again another homerun!
