Comment: St. Cloud, FL. Great assortment of gifts, from small add-ins and stocking stuffers to large decor items. This shop was voted Best of Osceola by readers. It’s larger than it looks from the outside. I was shopping for a cute $5 white elephant gift (that’s a difficult ask) and found a bag of chocolate “reindeer noses” one of which was red. Their gifts were clever. A great place to shop.

Comment: I had an event come up very last minute with my company and I called all over the place to find a florist. St. Cloud was the first to hear my situation and immediately jump into accommodating my needs. I described what I had in mind and they made wonderful suggestions and worked within my budget. They really went above and beyond to help me and the arrangements turned out beautifully! They have won a customer for life!!!

Comment: I chose this shop to do flowers for my husbands funeral and they did an amazing job!! There were closed early the day I went and they were really accommodating and still helped me even though there were closed. They listened to what I wanted and made my vision come to life. I highly recommend this shop.

Comment: I was here several months ago looking for lavender. My friend who is gluten free wanted some cookies. I did not have a lavender plant so I had to think where would I find this ingredient for my cookies. One of my friends who is a St. Cloud business owner recommend St. Cloud Florist, so there I traveled to. I was so lucky to find my ingredient for my cookies to be made. I was able to make a friends request possible.

Comment: These ladies went out of their way to make a same day delivery after the cut-off time as they knew how important it was to me.I live over 2300 miles away and needed to do something very special for my daughter who was having a very bad day and I needed to fix it. Any dad out there with a little girl knows exactly what Im talking about. This arrangement did it - shes sent me pics every day saying how beautiful they are.St Cloud Florist and Gift Shop knocked it out of the park!

Comment: I placed an order for an anniversary party that I had for my sister. I ordered Orchids and carnations, (I made the arrangements myself) . Every one that I dealt with was very nice. They answered all of my questions and my order was ready for pick up when I went to get it. Everything went very smooth and our guests loved the flowers!Update :1/13/2017I ordered more flowers for another event and they came out beautiful! The event colors were silver, navy and, white. Kim was nice enough to help me decide what flower to get. I decided to get mostly white flowers and spray paint a few. They guided me on how to handle the flowers so as to keep them looking fresh. I did learn A LOT, (especially about hydrangeas) so Im better prepared for next time. I also needed more carnations which they had on hand. Such a cute little shop!

Comment: When I say I never write reviews Im serious. There are even time where I tell myself Ill write a review for a place because I enjoyed whatever it was, but I never followed through with it, but St. Cloud Florists service/flowers were that amazing where Im actually writing one. Jo helped me out over the phone and had the flower I purchased delivered the same day within an hour and a half of my purchase. She was super kind over the phone and the flowers and vase they came in were perfect. Thank you!
