Comment: Stephanie was absolutely amazing for my wedding!! I was looking for a florist for tropical florals and I came across Stephanie through other brides recommendations on a Facebook group. I vetted and phoned interviewed a LOT of people and something about her just felt right so I went with my gut and scheduled an in-person consultation. During the initial consultation, she explained everything about her process so I had clear expectations and she mentioned she also offered decorations and day of coordination services. After a tour of her inventory I knew she had everything I wanted and more so I booked all her services. Flowers, decoration package and day of coordination. Honestly that saved me so much time and money! During the wedding planning process, she was always timely and responsive even with the smallest questions and recommendations. As the day got closer we had multiple in person meetings and venue visits to finalize the vision and plan. The day before the wedding, a member of her team came for rehearsal (it was so very much needed lol) and within 30 mins we had it all down to a science. Wedding day came and I can tell you NOT A SINGLE THING WENT WRONG. I couldnt believe it! Her team arrived early and went above and beyond to make the venue look absolutely gorgeous. I had no idea how it was going to look because I wanted something very particular and it felt like she went in my brain and just brought it to life. During the wedding, she and her team were on top of everything! Everything that had to get done, the timeline, all the vendors, the guests, us. From making sure everything was where it needed to be at the right time to helping drunk people to handing out party supplies! I can tell you they worked behind the scenes to make magic!! My wedding wouldnt have been anywhere close to what it was without Stephanie and her team. My husband and I partied all night and had the best day of our lives without a single worry! Thank you Stephanie!!

Comment: Stephanie was along with me for the long haul during my 2-year-long engagement with so many twists and turns throughout the planning process. She dealt with my type A planning anxiety like the pro she is and calmed me down anytime I started feeling stressed. SVE provided the decor, florals, and day of event planning for my wedding on 10/15/22 and let me tell you, they went above and BEYOND to make this the most special day for us. Stephanie works hard and actually cares about her clients. She knows what she’s doing and she captured my vision without me even fully understanding it myself (haha). I was blown away by how beautiful the reception space and bouquet were even though we had discussed it several times. Stephanie kept everything on track the day of the wedding and any little minor thing that went wrong was taken care of quickly and quietly so I didn’t have to stress. One example is that I forgot to assign someone to pick up our cake. Stephanie saw my custom cake topper and realized we must have had a cake that never made it to the venue. One of her teammates, Morgan, was able to run to Publix to pick it up for us and the dessert table was just stunning - no one would have ever known about my huge oversight. I could just go on and on about how happy I am with SVE, but I’ll wrap it up and just say, don’t hesitate to hire them! If you’re type A like me but also have no eye for design and can’t see the big picture, just go with SVE and trust that they know what they’re doing and will execute everything you don’t know how to do beautifully and with love. 10/10 recommend!!!

Comment: I cannot rave about Stephanie enough! I found her by chance after losing my florist for my wedding. The other florist sold their business unexpectedly, and I was in a panic. Let me tell you a secret, though, and God was smiling at me. Stephanie exceeded every expectation I had to make my dream bouquet. She has such a great personality and can put you at ease in all the chaos of a wedding. This is the woman you want in your corner. I wish I had found her sooner because she offers so many bespoke bridal services, and I wish I had the opportunity to work with her on everything. Comment: We cannot say enough wonderful things about Stephanie! Hiring Stephanie was literally the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. She was our day of coordinator and florals provider and she truly made our vision come to life. Stephanie was great to work with from start to finish; she made us feel extremely comfortable with her, asked detailed questions to make sure she understood exactly what we were envisioning, and kept in contact throughout the entire process. She walked us through the entire wedding and reception process and was there every step of the way. If it weren’t for Stephanie our wedding would have been extremely stressful but because she was there and was so on top of everything it went off without a hitch (that we knew of at least!)! She provided our “missing pieces” décor which really made our reception and ceremony come together to create the beautiful setting we were envisioning. Stephanie really stepped up to not only make sure the florals were great and the décor was set up and taken down but she even sat with kids and entertained them while the sitter got food and ensured the overly inebriated sat down and stopped making a scene without us even knowing it happened! She was absolutely amazing and we would 100% recommend her for any and all of her services!

Comment: Stephanie Voth Events produces amazing events. I have heard about her for awhile of how amazing her weddings are, finally last month my daughter had the opportunity to attend one her events. Homeschool homecoming was amazing & she had the most wonderful time. The details that was put into to the production of the event was amazing & all the little details. This is a Private Event that Stephanie takes the time out of her schedule to produce for these homeschoolers that do not have the opportunity to attend an event like this. She makes them all feel so special!!! She is very detailed in what she envisions for these events & she sets standards that she asks everyone to uphold to make the event incredibly special & memorable for these kids. There is no gray area, all the details are listed with multiple videos that explains the standards over & over again to make sure everyone is clear to make this a spectacular night for these teenagers. Being in the event business my self I know how tirelessly she works & the time & effort it takes. A huge thank you for going above and beyond & taking the time out of your schedule to put these events on for these kids!! You do an amazing job & forever grateful for the memories that you are helping create!!!

Comment: Please disregard the one-star reviewers who likely havent even attended any of Stephanies events. Those 1 star folks fall in the same category as the mother and daughter who chose to willingly and blatantly violate a known dress code policy. Such a sad example, to knowingly break a rule, and then seek 15 seconds of fame and attempt to tarnish a reputation of a vendor actually performing their job. This was a private event, the dress code was known months in advance. Its Stephanies years of experience that provide the insight to make all of the rules and policies that not only kept our kids safe, but provided an AMAZING evening. My daughter said this was one of the most Fun nights of her life. We owe Stephanie a huge thank you for planning and executing such a wonderful Homecoming event. As a parent, I not only appreciate her rules and guidelines, but respect that she actually is a woman of her word. Whether you agree with a rule or not was not up for debate. If you violate the rule, for both the integrity of the event and the others who have paid to attend, you should be turned away. We would recommend Stephanie Voth again and again. We hope to have the privilege of attending even more.

Comment: Stephanie was indispensable to me on my wedding day. There were so many moving parts and every time I felt myself getting panicked about it, Stephanie and her team were right there to help me fix it. She also came with ALL this decor that was just stunning. And she was able to also do my florals for SO much cheaper than anywhere else!! And they were exactly how I imagined them when she and I first talked. On the day of my wedding, I didn’t have a thing to worry about. She set it all up and took it all down (even got our deposit back quickly because she left the venue so clean). She’s calm and commanding and that was the perfect combination for what I needed that day. She also worked really hard to keep me on my tight budget finding creative ways to save as well as knowing vendors in the industry that gave me great prices.Stephanie, I can’t thank you enough!! You’re a gem. Why every bride doesn’t hire you, I don’t know. If I ever have a large event again, you’re without question who I am going to call. You’re professional and fun!! Thank you!!!!

My daughter has attended two of her events, and we hope to go to many more. The homeschool homecoming was a beautiful event, every detail accounted for! Our daughter had a wonderful time. We followed the rules and guidelines of this private event and are so thankful for them. Music and dancing were tasteful, attire was appropriate for all, and the event security gave us great peace of mind that all of the students were in for a fun and safe night! Rules are made to set an expectation and boundary. When rules aren’t enforced—regardless of the reason—a slippery slope is initiated that allows others to disregard rules, too. Comment: My son attended a homeschool homecoming event a couple of weeks ago that was organized and executed by Stephanie Voth Events. It was fantastic! I GREATLY appreciated that Stephanie clearly communicated her dress code expectations, admittance expectations and made the experience an extremely safe and fun one for our homeschool high schoolers. My son came home raving about how much fun it was and the (free to download) pictures of the event showed how beautifully decorated the event was and also how much fun the kids were having. These events that Stephanie puts on for our homeschoolers are fabulous and we appreciate that she is willing to put all of the effort into planning them and making sure every detail is perfect!

Comment: Stephanie and her team are the way to go for your wedding. Since day one she was able to take all my worries away and produce a beautiful vision with the budget that we had. Not only she was able to create an incredible wedding but she also did the most beautiful flower arrangements that anyone could imagine. All from the decorations, flowers and her team made our wedding so special and memorable! She manage to keep everything in order even though there was a hurricane coming and we had to work on a plan B. Which was the best decision we could have made. Also, her team helped out through the wedding and became part of the wedding with incredible dance moves. They were all lovely and kind and I wish I could have a second wedding so I can have them all again!! Incredible people and increíble team!

When I first met with her I knew she would be perfect because she immediately started planning my wedding during the consultation instead of expecting me to do all the planning and research and pay a crazy amount of money.She did all the hard stuff and was extremely reasonable price wise. It was such a relief because I am very indecisive and I had no idea where to start and she helped me figure everything out. I trusted her and every one of my vendors was perfect!She was great about sticking to the budget. She helped us figure out what was reasonable and broke everything down so we could see where our money was going.My wedding was perfect and I highly recommend Stephanie Voth! She will definitely take care of you.
