They came with instructions on how to keep them fresh too. The delivery driver (sorry I didn’t get his name) was SO SWEET and even told me to have a very happy birthday! The Carmel chocolates are delicious too. I would definitely call Suellen’s for any floral need!

Went in today, was greeted by two young ladies and was given the tour of what was available. Today I make 7 years with my wife and I needed a wow factor a gentlemen working there helped me tremendously. SUELLEN herself even greeted me invited me in gave me coffee while I waited.NOW at this point I feel like I’m family, that earned my business even without seeing the finishing product. I called SuEllens Floral company not really knowing what to expect, but hopeful they would put something together that would satisfy my expectations along with making my daughters birthday special. When my daughter sent me the picture of the flower arrangement they put together for her and my granddaughter, I was totally floored with how beautiful they were. I wanted to send a birthday bouquet to my sister and forgot they are an hour ahead of us the first time I called the girl told me no they stop their deliveries for the day. I said OK thank you I am sorry, and not even five minutes later the owner called and said she would take care of my order and get it out that same day! Comment: I live in New York but my in-laws live in Cape Coral, Florida... whenever I would send them flowers for the various holidays I would always try to call a local florist instead of going through a chain like Tele floral… Thinking I would get a better product dealing directly with the local business. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case... over the years I’ve tried many florists in that area some of them were OK, some of them were not OK and some were horrible!!! Most of the time when my mother-in-law sent me a photo of what had arrived I was disappointed. It either didn’t look as we had discussed on the phone or didn’t look worth the money I paid. And then I found SuEllen‘s florist. I have used only her since!!! Her arrangements are incredibly beautiful and unique...The flowers are fresh and last… Not only does my mother-in-law love them but her friends come over to see them because they’re that beautiful… I’m so thankful I found them and I will never use another florist in that area again but SuEllen’s!

Always great quality, prompt deliver and excellent customer service.This last time, I ordered a wedding anniversary arrangement, as usual everything they always provide was great, however the person that took my order on the phone did not show the same consistency on customer service as before.It almost made me feel that I was bothering her by calling and placing an order or that they were super busy to accommodate another order.Anyway, I had to pick up the arrangement because my order was around the holidays and everywhere were booked out.As a person being in retail for several years, when answering the phone always smile and if you have to sight or not feeling yourself put the customer on hold briefly or simply dont answer the phone.Other than that, my wife is still enjoying her flower arrangement.Keep up the good work.Sincerely,Carlos S.

Comment: I have been delighted to have a fifteen year relationship with SuEllens floral company here in Cape Coral. Every order has been very specific to my wants, needs, and themes that I expressed. Make no mistake, I am KNOWN for my flowers. This is largely due to my great respect and trust that has developed between not only her personally, but also my complete trust in SuEllens staffs ability to always listen well and then create my vision. I just recently placed a large order with several large vases with various bouquets for a memorial service for my mother in law who recently passed. Instead of the normal easels of flowers that cascade and are generally impractical for anyone to take home, or quite frankly even enjoy and only seem to be put aside and then they go in the in the can, I asked for lovely high end arrangements in vases that could be taken home by her most beloved friends. She really came through as she knows that i always prefer floral arrangements that continue to bloom through out the week and bring even more beauty and complexity to the arrangements. To say I was stunned when they arrived and saw them in the sunlight is an understatement. Once again, So much care and talent clearly displayed the pride they take in their work no matter for grief of loosing a loved one,celebrating the joy of a new addition to your family, or even a holiday greeting such as the beginning of fall, or even Christmas tidings. As a long time customer, I highly recommend this local business. And as stated before, I am known for my flowers. You should be too..... And you will be if you call on this locally owned fabulous shop to create your floral vision.

Comment: Came in from out of state for a funeral. We wanted a silk flower arrangement and SuEllens is the only shop we could find that did silks. We went the morning of the funeral, not knowing exactly what we wanted it to look like. Lady at the counter was SUPER friendly and helpful. After a few minutes talking with her and picking a color palette she made a BEAUTIFUL arrangement in 20 minutes. Comment: My husband stopped into SuEllens yesterday to order flowers for our anniversary to be delivered today. He was told that they close at noon but they would have them delivered before then. Well, they were not delivered. He paid a lot of money for the flowers and was assured they would be delivered today. This was the first time we have ordered from them (and the last). Very disappointed to say the least. My husband called the store but it was after they were closed so he left a message.FOLLOWUP: We received a call this morning (Sunday; even though they were closed) from SuEllen, the flowers were delivered to the wrong address, 726 instead of 762. She stated that they called my husbands cell phone because nobody answered the door. There was a missed call at 8:39AM, but no voicemail. Not sure why they were calling if the flowers were delivered at 11:20AM. Anyway, she was very apologetic and offered a full refund and store credit for a next next purchase. They made a disappointing situation better by showing concern for an unhappy customer. Thank you for your prompt action and solution! I have changed my 1-star review to 3-stars. Im sure the flowers would have been beautiful and we will definitely give them another try. Im sure a 5-star review is on the horizon!FOLLOWUP TO MY FOLLOWUP :-) My husband drove over to 726 and THE FLOWERS WERE THERE! They are beautiful! ANDDDDDDDDDDDD SuEllen and Tom just showed up at our house...on Sunday...with the MOST beautiful roses to make up for the confusion. My husband was going to go to their shop tomorrow to let them know that he was able to retrieve the flowers from the house they were delivered to in error and that we dont need a refund. They insisted on the refund and store credit and delivered another dozen roses to boot. This is, BY FAR, the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have received from ANY company in SW Florida!
