I had typed an incorrect address: Barbara took the time to ask surrounding homes, instead of just leaving the flowers at the door. She contacted me to verify the address, and I had made the mistake.Barbara and her team were so gracious, and offered to add a balloon to my arrangement, even though it was I that had inconvenienced them. So kind and such fantastic people.

I live in San Francisco and she lives in Florida so you can imagine it would’ve been a little difficult setting up. But it wasn’t! They were diligent worked so quickly, and so professionally that I swear… it was a Christmas miracle. Worker elf’s or something more but I am so grateful for them! 💕

He then took my order and promised he would send pictures and updates. He immediately put the arrangement together including a balloon for my mother and chocolates and snapped some pictures. He was very kind and immediately brought the order to my mother in the hospital. There he was friendly and cheerful and brightened her spirit. He also sent me a picture of her with her flowers. Now this is top notch customer service! I had ordered flowers to be sent to my Mom’s hospital room at Holmes Regional however she was unexpectedly discharged (this IS good news) and instead of refunding my money for the bouquet, they went ahead and got my Moms home address and delivered her flowers to her from Melbourne to her home in Vero Beach which is about a 45 minute drive. Words cannot express how thankful I am! My Mom is over the moon excited about her GORGEOUS bouquet of flowers and to top it all off, they gave her a box of chocolate. I told him my budget and that Id like designers choice, meaning they pick the flowers for you. He assured me a beautiful arrangement would be sent, and he was right!Justin text me my receipt and a video of the arrangement before it was picked up by the driver. The driver also text me a photo, plus a photo of the balloon, plus told me when they were on their way to deliver.From my call to the time they were delivered to my Gram was all within an hour and a half! At this point I was very frustrated because time was winding down and I had no flowers no decorations etc..Sara sat with and instantly calm me down when she started with casual conversation then got into the business of flowers and what I was looking for. Mind you, I came in with no idea of nothing. I told her of our colors and showed my dress and her creative juices flowed from there. She introduced me to another young lady that specializes in decorating with balloons and together the two of them exceeded all of my expectations.I will be forever grateful and Suntree Florist is definitely my go to for ANYthing FLOWERS!We had a none traditional wedding. UPDATE: My moms funeral was made even more beautiful because of Suntree Florist and Gifts floral arrangements. I knew they were going to be beautiful from the pictures Richard had texted to me while they were being made, however, the pictures cannot fully show the magnificence of the arrangements. They were stunning! I had found pictures of arrangements by googling funeral flowers online. Richard gave me his cell phone number and I texted him what we were wanting for the funeral. There’s so much to prepare for a funeral that it gets overwhelming, I put this part in their hands, gave them the colors and some thoughts and boy did they do the damn thing!! The day before the wedding I was calling around to local florist and either they were closed or did not have the time to help. There was one shop opened near me so went there. The lady was very short with me, so I left. I called Suntree Florists and the owner immediately said, “come right in and we’ll take care of you.” I was so relieved. I arrived and the wiener greeted my and my children. His wife came out and immediately went to work. She asked my what colors I needed and the type of flowers I preferred. She knew I was new at this so she helped me. They started open later to help me and even held the flowers over night so they would not get ruined. The next day I was running behind, so I was going to be late to pick up the flowers. The owner had them delivered to the wedding venue. I can’t tell you how blessed I felt. If you have never used this florist, you really need to. They are amazing!

Comment: Suntree Florist & Gifts just handled all the flowers for my daughters wedding this past weekend - just a day and a half after Hurricane Nicole blew through! - and they did an outstanding job with the flowers. All of their creations turned out even more stunning than Id imagined. Not only did they create one-of-a-kind bridal party flowers, they also completely transformed our wedding arch into a work of art. They created beautiful miniature bud vase arrangements for all our tables (we opted to have numerous small 2-people tables instead of one long one or multi-person round tables) which I imagine was a lot of extra work but simply made the reception area in the backyard just gorgeous. Sara also showed her innate creative talents and experience by bringing flowers (at our request which was kind of last minute) to dress up the wedding cake and cupcakes. Both Sara and her husband Richard, and their assistant, went above and beyond in all they did for us.

Love that this place has longer business hours and will deliver on Sundays without extra delivery weekend cost! And the fact that the owner, Richard, personally contacted me via text sending pics of floral & plant arrangements so we could pick from or get an idea of what they can do. That customer service is rare these days and so very much appreciated! Richard created a sympathy plant arrangement that was just gorgeous with a beautiful single pink rose in it for a pop of color and I know my Auntie will love it. We also got a pic of the final arrangement via text and another text confirming when it was delivered to her this Sunday morning. Were so happy that we did not go with our usual order to 1800flowers this time and actually found a wonderful local florist ourselves to do what was needed. Comment: 5 stars doesn’t even begin to describe the incredible service we received from Suntree Florist…My wedding was this past Sunday, and I was the foolish bride on a budget thinking I could do my bouquet and floral arrangements myself with artificial flowers. We had a pretty casual wedding, and I thought it would be a great way to save some money and stress. I had gotten everything I thought I needed and when I tried to put it all together, it was just SUCH a hot mess. I tried multiple times (and wasted so much time). This is an ART… one that I clearly don’t have a knack for.It was around 3pm the Saturday before my big day, and my mom convinced me to stop in at Suntree Florist, even though I felt SO foolish asking for anything with barely 12 hours notice.The second I walked in, I could not believe I hadn’t reached out sooner. I was greeted by Sara, told her the situation I put myself in, and she immediately started pulling the most beautiful flowers together in our wedding colors for a bouquet!!! AND they would have it delivered to me at my hotel first thing in the morning!! But wait…it gets better…Next thing I know, Richard (Sara’s husband) pulls up telling Sara they just acquired an archway to rent out for weddings (nope, we didn’t have one…another DIY item list that never happened). They showed me what we could do with flowers to match my bouquet on the arch, and said they’d personally arrive early and set it all up for me 😭. At this point, it was a MUST that they stayed for my wedding…they felt like family 😂.It was a done deal, all on such incredibly short notice, and I was SO grateful to have met these amazing people. I was running late to pick my mom up, and Richard handed me a vase full of beautiful flowers for my mom 😂 it was like the generosity and kindness had no end. You guessed it…it still gets better…I was getting live text updates as they got to work on everything- tons of pictures from them showing me the progress and how amazing everything was coming out…which truly helped to put my mind at ease considering the scenario I put myself into, not to mention all of the excitement to come with my wedding being the following day. I couldn’t wipe the smile off my face from my experience there. But wait…it STILL gets better…Sara surprised us with a throw bouquet, and boutonnière for my husband to be… she personally delivered what I needed the morning of to my hotel room, then they went and had the most beautiful arch waiting for our ceremony, and Sara essentially became a stand-in wedding coordinator (nope, we didn’t have one of those either lol) making sure we did all the important things, photos, poses, etc. Then they took the floral arrangements from the archway and brought them to the celebrations after and helped to set up the cake table, sweetheart table, etc with all of the beautiful flowers surrounding everything… I could cry just thinking about how much of an impact they had on our wedding day (and now, every upcoming event in our futures). They also got so many amazing photos from our wedding day that I will cherish forever.There is absolutely zero question about whether or not these amazing people love what they do… they put their hearts and souls into OUR day on minutes notice, and we could not possibly be more grateful for the impact they had.If you’re shopping around for the right florist for you… stop looking. They treat you like family and are so incredibly talented. But even more so… they are the most generous, kind, and caring people I’ve met.Richard and Sara, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Stop the search, cause you found your shop with Suntree Florist.There are several flower shops in the area; I had the bright idea to send someone flowers at around 2:30 pm on a weekday; most flower shops in the area wouldnt deliver till next day.Then called this shop, and Richard, the owner was on the case to deliver the flowers same day. Ive bought flowers before for different occasions, and the process is fairly dry, not to say robotic. Not my man Richard! He went above and beyond to make sure the right bouquet was being chosen. On top of it, he sends you pics of every single detail being delivered! Ive never in my life been so pumped about sending flowers to anybody til today.The best part, you get text messages informing you of whats going on. Got a text message 6 min before delivery, so called the flower recipient, but she wasnt available; Richard provided the drivers text number, and i texted instructions on where to leave the flowers.Next message was a pic of the flowers waiting to be discovered. Total of 90 min from ordering, to flowers getting delivered! Amazing customer service!Finally, what you see on the website is what you pay. Comment: I discovered Richard and Sara’s shop early on in the Winter when I was looking for a local shop that I could order flowers for my daughter and her family for the completion of their home that they had had built and just moved into. The 4 and 5 Star reviews and the interaction with Richard and his clients put this shop as my top shop to contact. Richard answered the phone and that was it. Never looked back!!!!! The owner Richard goes above and beyond, is very receptive and professional. He tailored our fruit basket to what we were looking for, adding some chocolate to the mix and delivered the basket same day to our aunt for her birthday. She and the family loved the fruit basket, there was a very generous amount of fruit and chocolate. Excellent quality. We liked the service and quality of product so much that we ordered a basket of savoury goodies for Christmas that our family enjoyed. Richard is very friendly, helpful and explains in detail and shows you what you are getting, makes great suggestions and the delivery to our family was done very quickly. Highly recommend. We will purchase from them again. They are reliable. A lot better than just ordering from some places online. You get personalized service. Comment: You may be wondering why I am sharing a photo of pizza for a florist review… well the reality is, the owner Richard is so amazing and clearly goes over and beyond what most florists would do to satisfy his customers that he was caring enough to get my dad who’s been on lock down in a rehab center with terrible food and no visitors due to covid that he bought my dad 2 slices of pepperoni pizza on his way to personally deliver not only gorgeous flowers, but a Happy Birthday Balloon AND a box of chocolates! My dad felt really loved on what would have otherwise been a pretty lame birthday. Richard = customer satisfaction to the MAX! Do service with this man/florist and save his number in your phone for easy dialing. Oh… and the gifts were delivered within an hour of my phone call too! 😍

The day before the holiday, so they have to be crazy busy & I was treated like I was the only customer of the day! Richard, the owner gave me a great price and sent me a picture of the finished product before it left the store. That was so important because I was placing the order from Maryland. - It was out for delivery literally minutes after I placed my order. Just Amazing! In fact, while I was writing this I got a call from my Mom joyfully crying telling me that I outdid myself and how much she loved the flowers (Richard and his team did an amazing job).You cant put a price on receiving a call like that from the ones you love.Richard is very responsive and his team is one of the finest.I will continue to have work done by Suntree Florist for every major occasion because I know I will never have a bad experience. Comment: So this review started out as a one star horrible review. It was an over loaded day of flowers for Valentines Day and I can understand how mistakes can be made. After contacting the owner over concerns I had with mistakes made, this man kicked into gear. He personally took on my order making it the correct arrangement it was suppose to be, along with extras he made a great set up. After which he text me pictures to confirm my approval he set into action delivering the order himself 30 mins away. He called me to confirm the correct location and the correct recipient. Yes, mistakes were made, but his actions speak louder to me. Loud enough that I changed my 1 star review to a 5 even though it wasnt perfect and he will get my business again in the future.Oh and the flowers were gorgeous, both of them. The ones I ordered, Amber Awe (the yellow arrangement) and the tulip mystery delivery.
