Comment: I found this flower shop online doing a search in the area. they had great reviews, so I decided to use them for a very special occasion. I called, the person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helped me with flower choices and budget. I asked if I could get a picture of the arrangement when finished and they did send me one as promised. I was wowed by how beautiful the flower arrangement was! they did a fantastic job and delivered it on time. Will definitely use them again!

Comment: The owner patiently worked with me to identify an arrangement in the color and style I wanted and it was delivered on time. I wanted something that was less fussy and structured -- more English garden meets wildflowers. Upon receiving the arrangement, my friend texted me a photo sharing that, they are absolutely gorgeous and theyre really spectacular. The arrangement was even prettier than the website example the owner and I used as a starting off point. All of this was done by phone and she nailed it. I am grateful to her for helping me show appreciation to a really great friend!

I was very particular around color and type of flowers as it was for my parents large anniversary party. Comment: I needed to have a floral arrangement delivered to bank employee who was very helpful to my father. Richard sent me several pictures of arrangements to chose from. He was very professional. On delivery day there were several bank employees with the same first name. The delivery person texted me but unfortunately I didn’t know the last name of the employee who helped us. The delivery person worked with the bank to figure out the correct recipient of the flowers. I really appreciated that extra effort.

He sent me several pictures of some arrangements and I chose one. Within an hour, Richard delivered the flowers to my wife. She was blown away. Comment: Ordered flowers through Rita’s Flowers (which I wouldn’t recommend) and I couldn’t get a hold of them so I called Suntree Flower Shop to do a new order and then hope for a refund from Rita’s since I only saw the reviews after purchasing. I spoke with Richard who recognized my new order to the store as the same that was actually sent in from Rita’s that I originally made! He scheduled my refund on the second order and already had the first order completed and ready for delivery. Great customer service and appreciate his helpful nature. Have no idea what the flowers look like yet but if it’s anything like the customer service then I’m sure they’ll be gorgeous

Comment: I am really surprised to see any negative reviews. I had a wonderful experience at Suntree Flower Shop! Every year, Suntree Elementary has a sweetheart dance, and we buy our daughter (who has a tiny toddler sized wrist) a corsage. We bought two years in a row from the local competitor, because the store is right by the school, and thats where everyone seemed to go. Both years, I was disappointed. The competitors wrist bands were way too big (despite specifying size) and the flowers were starting to turn. Last year, I went to Suntree Flower Shop. The owner was AMAZING, and the corsage was simply lovely, fit my daughter perfectly, and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. We will definitely buy there again this year (this week in fact!).Follow up, 2/7/2020: Another beautiful corsage, and it matched her dress perfectly! Thank you!
