Comment: I had an issue with another florist in Crestview. They were NOT as Friendly as their name. Huge mistake for having them be my plan A. YUGE. Totally unprofessional and completely dropped the ball. So now its 4th and long with mere seconds left on the clock.In desperation I called The Flower Basket and explained that I regretted my decision and asked if they could assist me and be my plan B. Becky was pure awesomeness, handled everything for me, AND made sure that my flowers arrived ON TIME. They will henceforth be my Plan A.

Comment: I usually dont give reviews thats my husbands thing but I received the most stunning flower arrangement so in this case I had to. My husband ordered them on their website. I sent him a picture of them he was very impressed he said the picture on the website was really nice. I had no idea there was a florist this good in town. Ill be using this florist as well as recommending them going forward

Comment: Wow! I received an absolutely gorgeous arrangement from the Flower Basket about a month ago. It was stunning and lived for nearly two weeks. Then I was lucky enough to meet the owner and her daughter. I fell even more in love with this wonderful place! They are the best florists and honestly, the most wonderful people! Joanna and Sandra have a light about them that just brightens your day. They very clearly put their love and passion into their work. My sunflower arrangement that I received a week ago (my second from them) still looks as fresh as it did on day one (the first photo you see is a week old arrangement). I can not say enough wonderful things about the arrangements, the beauty and health of the flowers, and especially the incredible ladies who run the shop.

Comment: I’m from out of town, and wanted to order flowers for someone in Crestview and wanted to support a local business instead of one of those big box companies that seem to always pull a bait-and switch- and I’m so happy I chose the Flower Basket! I called and spoke to Becky and she was so sweet and patient with me- I was even able to text a photo of exactly what I was looking for as a reference. The bouquet was delivered the next day, and was even more beautiful than I thought it would be! I highly recommend this business- you won’t be disappointed! Thank you!

They were super helpful, delivering customer service that was above and beyond in order to track down the recipient.I found the shop on Google Maps. After submitting the order, I called in to provide my contact number in case there were any issues. The shop had run out of first choice flowers because of Mother’s Day. So we decided to do the delivery once fresh flowers were replenished. Calling in after placing the order was a great idea.I received a photo of the flowers. They’re absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was looking for.Thank you for making this extra special.

Comment: Joanna knows how to do flowers. If you need something done with flowers, Flower Basket is where you should go. I had a very specific idea in mind for what I wanted with my centerpieces and it didnt involve vases, but I wanted real flowers. Joanna delivered on my vision EXACTLY what I requested. Then on top of that, my bakery for the wedding cake somehow forgot to decorate the cake. They arrived with a 3 tier Plain White cake. Joanna took some of the flowers from the arrangements and decorated the cake in such a beautiful and professional manner that had I not been told, I would have never known. She has experience and is so very flexible to ensure your vision comes to life.
