Comment: Bought flowers for my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately I gave them the wrong address for delivery. They called and texted with me until we got the correct address and the flowers were delivered. If that doesn’t scream customer service, I don’t know what does. Cannot thank them enough for literally going the extra mile on a special day! My girlfriend loves the flowers and I am forever grateful for a small business that goes above and beyond!

Both the service that Stephanie offers (truly above and beyond!) and the quality and freshness of the flowers are fantastic!I could not have asked for more or better and I did everything possible (unintentionally of course!) to make that as difficult for Stephanie as possible on what is undoubtedly one of the busiest days of the year in the store.Twice before 730am on Valentine’s Day, Stephanie reached out to me first by email and then by phone because I had accidentally left out critical details in my emailed order. On top of this the flowers had been delivered before the start of the work day in spite of my bumbling!Stephanie, if you ever see this…thank you so much!

Comment: Im not familiar with the Tampa area and chose this florist on a whim. My friend lives in Tampa and was going through a tough time. I spoke with Stephanie (super nice), and advised her that I wanted yellow flowers for hope and white flowers for friendship. When I saw my friend, her exact words about the flower arrangements were they were f****** amazing. She said shes received flowers in the past, but none this beautiful and fragrant. Comment: We had a member that found out she was ill and had very little time left with us. I placed my order late today 3/30/17 right before Stephanie was closing. I emailed her about the contact # for our friend and mentioned she could be passing on today or tomorrow and was very worried my flowers would not arrive in time. She then stayed late and personally delivered them to our dear client/friend on her own time! I strongly recommend this flower shop as you can tell they TRULY care about not only the customer sending the flowers BUT also those receiving! I had a budget I had to stay within and became very discouraged ...I stopped by The Bayshore Flower Market and met with the owner , Stephanie. She offered me several alternatives without loosing my vision. Her knowledge of flowers and patience brought me great relief and an AMAZING wedding !!!
