Comment: We went into this flower shop to get our twins flowers for their dance showcase. Very much a family atmosphere! They asked us what we wanted to spend and outdid themselves! We were expecting a few roses and babys breath wrapped nicely. They did so much more than what we expected! I highly recommend this flower shop! It will be the only one we use anymore! BTW there are pictures of when I put them in water (Im not the artist)!

One of the hydrangeas was wilted on the second day so I called and Elba was very nice and sent me another smaller bouquet to make up for the wilted flower. I thought that was very sweet and was great customer service. Thank you for the beautiful flowers.

Comment: I ordered flowers through the website for Mothers Day delivery because I am living out of state... my card was charged, yet I did not receive a confirmation email. It was past the business hours on a Friday so I decided to send an email, not expecting a reply until the next day. While looking for the shops email, I noticed store hours posted stating that they would be closed on Mothers Day, so I began to worry my order wouldnt process in time... Within the hour of sending an email, I received a response confirming that my order was indeed received and that the flowers would absolutely be delivered on Mothers Day.I REALLY appreciated the timely response and great service that came along with the BEAUTIFUL custom arrangement that was delivered to my mothers door.She said they made her day, goal accomplished. 😊Thank you SO much!!👍🏻👍🏻

And we have been calling this flower shop for 2 years for our twice a year, flowers delivery to our dear aunt in Fort Pierce.Elba is always amazing, she would come up with sweet arrangements, cheerful always, for our aunt. And we would request for balloons ( if she has ) and always a box of chocolates.And our aunt would show them off to all her neighbors and gets lots of compliments. Most of all our aunt is always happy and bless, every time she receives Elba’s flowers.Thank you Elba and God bless you.Merry Christmas Elba and a Happy New year to you and your staff.

Comment: UPDATE: I called and the owner responded promptly. She was very professional and friendly. This is how customer service should be. Elba, the owner, offered to fix the fault. She sent pictures this morning of the new flowers she ordered and they were gorgeous and just as we expected with the first arrangement. The new arrangement was delivered today and although not just like what we viewed online, it is pretty.I ordered online the Autumn arrangement. I called two hours after ordering to confirm that the shop received it. I was told at that time that the shop had no orange roses. We agreed that yellow would be a an acceptable substitution. I asked is she had the orange lillies and other orange flowers shown in the picture. I was assured she did. I received a picture of the arrangement. I was extremely disappinted. I paid $80 for the largest arrangement possible and do not believe that is what was delivered. No orange lillies and the other flowers are yellow. I am giving this Shop 1 star for delivering same day, but cannot give a anymore for the flowers were not as promised.

Comment: I called The Flower Shop on Tuesday morning to order flowers for my mother in laws birthday. The owner answered the phone and I explained that I was calling from Pittsburgh, PA....she kindly asked how the weather was and if it was snowing. We had a nice laugh over the weather up north and how unpredictable it is!! Anyway....I had told her how much I wanted to spend and simply a spring bouquet. She was amazing, reviewed the information with me and we hung up. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a picture of the flowers later that day. It was an absolutely stunning arrangement that would put a smile on anyone’s face!!!I strongly suggest this shop and will continue to use them for future orders!!!Lots of thanks from Pittsburgh, PA!!!
