Comment: I live in Maine and I wanted to send my mother flowers at work in the the villages. I searched google for a florist the villages, FL I called the first, plantation-something, rude, she cut me off before I could finish asking what their same day delivery cut off time. -tooo late!,ok I get it. She did me a favor, I called The Villages Florist of Lady Lake and a very nice woman Michelle answered. She was eager to help me and find out exactly what I was looking for. Instead of picking a bouquet from their website I asked Michelle to use her creative expertise. I gave her a price range and told her to go crazy. She was happy to oblige. 3.5 hours later I received pictures from my Mother. The bouquet was big and absolutely beautiful. Thank you Michelle! I couldnt recommend this florist enough!!

Comment: I have purchased numerous times from this particular shop, and they have always done a fantastic job. My mother was to have two arrangements delivered to her. They had both arrangements made when we found out our mother wasnt even in town for the weekend. They waited for her to return. Made new arrangements, and they were delivered to a very excited mother.

Comment: I live in Pennsylvania and called because of the location near Recipient. They called back quickly, I did everything over phone, including an additional arrangement for the future. BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENTS, very nice Receptionist and was told the delivery driver was also. My GO TO place now!

Comment: I ordered flowers for a co-worker volunteer who was in the hospital. It was 15 minutes to closing on a Saturday. The staff member at Villages Florist not only took the order she said she would deliver it personally on her way home. Wow. My friend passed early the nxt morning. I like to believe she saw the flowers and knew she was Loved and touched the hearts of those she worked with. Comment: Villages Florist is the best!! I was hoping to find a florist that would deliver a bouquet (on short notice) to our Mother on her birthday. They were so accommodating and delivered it that same day. They even texted me a couple of pictures of some sample bouquets they had already made up. I picked one of them and asked if they could add a little more to it. They did so, and even texted me a picture of the final product before it went out for delivery. Our Mom was so happy!! My new favorite florist in The Villages. Excellent customer service!! Thank you.

Comment: I called this florist at 2 pm in a panic because another florist was not able to deliver flowers to my grandmother for her birthday. Carrie was super helpful and sweet, and they got the flowers to my grandmother same day last minute. The flowers are beautiful and my grandmother is super happy.
