Comment: The ladies go above and beyond. Im in Michigan but my folks live in Florida. I send mom flowers for mothers day. This year they were not home. The lady that delivered (Barb I believe) knocked on all the doors and ended up leaving them with their neighbor and friends. That is outstanding customer service. FTD wouldve left them in the hot sun when the first knock didnt work. Been there. I would much rather support a local business anyway.Thanks ladies!

Comment: I am from Washington state and I used Waverley florist to send flowers to my mother in law in citrus county. I couldn’t find a shop that was delivering on Mother’s Day weekend so I expanded my search to crystal river. Their website was a bit confusing for me so my order wasn’t what I was expecting and I was disappointed in what my mom received. After emailing them I got a call from the owner and him and his wife did everything to make my order right. My mother was showered with a beautiful arrangement she deserved in a very timely manner. I will be using Waverley florist again based on their professionalism and product. And it’s always better to support small business as it is run by him and his wife. Comment: I am from Wisconsin, so I had to plan for my wedding from afar. Waverly Florist did an amazing job on my wedding bouquet and boutonnières. They were so accommodating for delivery, even when we had to change the day of the wedding from a Saturday to a Sunday due to weather. Cheryl was so great from the time I contacted her, to follow ups, and touching base the week of the wedding. She even made arrangements to deliver the flowers herself on a Sunday. Thank you, Cheryl, for being so personable and in-tune to exactly what I wanted in my wedding bouquet. I would highly recommend Waverly Florist for any of your floral needs; you won’t be disappointed!

Comment: I ordered a floral arrangement for my grand-aunts 91st birthday on June 15, 2022, and she really loved it. She said it was just beautiful. It was full of wonderful flowers with many bright colors. The store sent me a photograph of the finished arrangement and I agreed with my aunt. It looked just like the arrangement I selected off their website. It was one of the prettiest arrangements I had ever purchased. In addition to providing my aunt with a lovely arrangement of flowers the staff was extremely friendly and efficient and delivered the arrangement within just a few hours of when I ordered it (I got same day delivery). This was the first time I used Waverley Florist because I usually use a florist in Beverly Hills since that is where my aunt lives. However, the florist I normally use was closed so I had to use a different florist. I was really nervous about using a new florist because I had no idea about what quality of arrangement I would be getting. I am so glad I called Waverley Florist because they did a fantastic job all around. I will definitely use them again.

Comment: This is my husbands go to spot for all of my bouquets. This small hometown business strives for nothing short of excellence and it shows in their work. I have never had an arrangement that disappoints. Are they a little more pricey than grocery stores, yes of course AND RIGHTFULLY So.YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. So do not let the few extra dollars scare you away. They always go out of their way to make sure the arrangements are how you imagined and they go as far as giving you specific instructions on how to care for them so that they last you as long as possible. All of my bouquets have lasted a good month and sometimes even longer after receiving them. If you want the best in all things floral this is where you should go.
