Comment: I live in MA and I was planning a birthday party for my moms 75th birthday. I spent quite some time searching online for a place that could make a floral arrangement that exuded sophistication, elegance and chicness. I came across Windermere Flowers and gifts. I was impressed by the reviews and the pictures in their photo gallery. When I called to tell them what I wanted and what I was looking for, they exceeded my exceptions and definitely took my vision to another level. It was worth every penny spent and I was extremely pleased. I will be sure to use them in the future.

When we started the process we had only basic ideas, but BJ took the time to help us by offering ideas and options that fit into the aesthetic that we were trying to achieve. They were also super helpful with set up and worked hard to assist with getting the venue ready for our big day. They had options on their website but I didnt want to chance that the order could not get to the location in time or that they had to order particular product. Not only did they answer my questions extremely fast and ensure that my flowers would get to the funeral before 10am, they also sent me a professional photo when the flowers were completed this morning.Coming from a daughter of a flower shop owner, Windermere Flowers definitely is at the top of the game when it comes to customer service as well as design!
