Comment: Hi. I wish I knew her name! The young afro American girl servicing the self checkouts who helped me several times as I decided to try W/D again! The sale prices werent ringing properly & many shoppers were having troubles. She was as nice as could be* the patience of Job* & helped all of us 1 by 1. Ill be right there maam, hold on for a second. She glided across the area like she was floating & in her element. I thanked her for the her help & left there thinking wow, what a breath of fresh air that was!

Over the past 3 years we have shopped at typical grocery stores in Nevada, Utah, California, Oregon, Connecticut and Florida. Winn-Dixie in central Florida offers some of the lowest prices of all and yet is still able to offer high quality name brand foods. Winn-Dixie’s own name brand product line, SE Grocers of Jacksonville offers the lowest prices of all while maintaining an excellent quality. The biggest competitors of Winn-Dixie in this area are Publix and Walmart. We usually spend the least amount of money when we shop at Winn-Dixie.

Comment: Ive noticed a huge difference in this store. Every single associate on the floor was helpful. In produce, a customer received polite help when he was struggling to open a bag. Some cans fell off the bottom of a ladies basket and a stock clerk ran over to help. Everyone was engaging customers and it was a welcoming environment. Very pleased!

Comment: Vietnamese is a delicate Asian food Its not a heavy sauce its light fresh using lots of fresh herbs like basil and mince and cilantro brussel sprouts are the pho Thats a soup like concoction with meats and noodles and beef broth Its delicious. I also like their spring rolls because theyre light and fresh no heavy frying. To me the healthier version of Asian food. Their vegetarian dishes on the menu. A variety of fried rice . A good selection of beers. A friendly and attentive staff mouth watering dipping sauces My favorite is the peach sauce that comes with the spring rolls absolutely marvelous. All this with moderate to low pricing this is great place to go.

Comment: Always clean short lines and very friendly staff. The only thing I would suggest would be for management to retrain their teenage staff on how to treat customers. Im very much disabled and every time I go in here check out while the cashier is waiting on me to insert my debit card to settle up they could be placing my bags into my cart. Instead they stand there and watch me struggle to do this!!! The older staff doesnt do this they take the initiative to help their customers but not the younger staff and its ridiculous. Thats the ONLY complaint I have about this store

Comment: This is the cleanest and well stocked Winn Dixie I have ever visited. Lots of parking and includes Winn Dixie liquor store in the same building. Staff are helpful and polite, lines move quickly. Many BOGOS every week prices are a little high but store is conveniently located.

In these.past months when inventory of popular items go quickly, they seem to be doing well restocking. These good qualities make shopping a pleasant experience at this store.

Comment: The store is clean and stocked well. The employees go above and beyond their work duties to help. For example on my last visit I was shopping for Gatorade and there was a stock man who had a cart in front of the flavors I was looking for and he jumped to move the cart and apologized for it being in the way. It was not an inconvenience for me but the fact that he was aware of me being there and tried to help me Imo meant that you took pride in his work and are there to do what was expected of him but the extra mile! He even pointed out flavors that I didnt see and picked up the flavors I chose and placed them in my cart! I made sure to ask his name because I wanted to tell management about him but I found out the same day that a close friend of mine was killed and in the stress of that news his name has slipped my mind. I wish that I could remember it so that I can give him the recognition he deserves and as I reread this review Im not doing him justice for the service he provided me. The young man who checked me out and the 10 items or less lane was also very courteous and polite and he worked very quickly without being sloppy or just throwing my items around like some other places. I will surely return soon as this is quickly becoming my favorite grocery store. I recently stopped shopping at Publix because lately it seems if youre not in the over-65 crowd you dont get the same courtesy and treatment as the seniors who shop there and they have become ridiculously expensive . Keep up the good work Winn Dixie!

Comment: The employees here are magnanimous!!! I had 2 flat tires, both on passenger side, this location was as far as i could go. They allowed me to leave my truck (which was parked so messed up) and promised not to tow it as long as i got my truck with in a reasonable amount of time. Everytime i shop here, the customer exit-specialist (my own term ;-) ) are super friendly and extremely helpful. They have awesome by one get one free sales, and they accept competitors coupons!! (Huge bonus)

Comment: It was a great shopping day. It wasnt quite as busy as Friday afternoons usually are. I only went for one thing, 40lbs. Of potatoes. At first all I saw was 5lb. Bags for $3.99. I really wanted 10# bags . I looked a little further and was extremely happy to see 10# bags for the same price with their discount card. It really made me smile. Thanks Winn-Dixie!!! 😃

Comment: This is definitely one of the cleanest Winn-Dixies Ive been in. Much easier to get in and out of than the Publix in the same Plaza. There produce area is very nice many of the items are on ice. The fresh fish area is small but does have fish for most anyones needs. The meat department is large and their prices seem to be quite a bit better than most grocery stores probably on par with Sams Club prices.The workers are all over the store and are glad to help you find anything like my strange search for Creole seasoning.

Nice water and craft beer offerings.Dairy and meat has many brands and selections. Comment: The Winn-Dixie saw in Belleview was a fantastic place to go to when it was in the Kmart Plaza it was convenient for me and many of the people of the trailer park which are in the rear of the store. When they move they made it very difficult for many of the patrons who are not able to have Mobility. But the store is quite adequate its where you buy groceries
