Comment: Starting using Zahns with the previous owner over 20+ years ago. Even after the change in ownership I am able to rely on their professionalism and reliability. Living out of state, I can count on them to accommodate my requests even though I have to express them telephonically. Is there somewhere cheaper? After this many years of great service I dont know or care, Zahns has taken such care of me that $$ is not the only piece to consider.

Comment: Amazing and stunning doesnt cover it. I had an arrangement sent to a lady friend for her birthday who just loved them. The colors, fragrance and volume were enough to stop traffic. He told them what colors I liked but he really didnt know what kind of flowers I liked. (we have only been married 33 years, he is still getting to know me) Anyways, he told them his budget and on his way he went. 2 hours later the thing most girls dream about happened to me..........the flower shop truck pulled up to my job and the biggest arrangement was brought into the office and the driver asked for me! We called Zahns at the last minute and were greeted with compassion, empathy, kindness and professionalism. Within 25 minutes (they were about to close) they put together the most gorgeous arrangement that we could of asked for. We were able to present these beautiful flowers to our family members who had to watch their daughter get married over zoom in another country, but was so delighted with the flowers as it made her feel like she was there. TGI received a bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day that my husband and daughter paid about $90. It was beautiful on Saturday, but by Sunday they started going limp and dying by Tuesday. They asked for star gazers, but got 1 that already was turning brown by Sunday. My other daughter bought a beautiful vase from Publix of Roses with a balloon and everything and they still look beautiful today. Needless to say this was a very disappointing bouquet from Zahn’s. In the past my flowers have lasted for over a week. I reached out by email with pictures, but received no response.

Comment: A couple weeks ago I had my wedding at the Hard Rock Daytona Beach, and I made the mistake of ordering my bridal bouquet online from a business in Miami. I wanted something blooming and when the next day came, the staff called me to say the selection was not quite as stellar as the day before. Comment: I placed the order to be delivered to a university in Daytona and they made the delivery on the date but unfortunately the school made the delivery person send it to the mail room (Mind you the mailroom closes at 4 oclock) and the recipient wasnt able to receive flowers. when I call the flower shop back with my concerns the daughter and the mother did everything in their power to make sure that my needs were met and the order was satisfied!!!
