Our DJ did a great job coordinating all our songs to ensure everyone was dancing and having fun. Our photographer really was creative with pictures and captured us well in the venue. Our planners were amazing, ensuring everything ran smoothly (if there were any issues, we never knew about them :) ).

They though of all the little details and brought to reality all of our request. Couldnt have asked for a better team than this one. BEST TEAM IN FLORIDA. If your one of those brides that thinks of all the details and want someone to be there with you all the way and at the same level of looking at details and organizing it all to perfection than look no further get Roxy and zeta event productions. Me and my now wife had our wedding coordinated by the amazing Jackie and her assistant Daniella and they didnt have us lift a finger! The whole experience from the first meeting till the night of our wedding, Jackie made it beyond expectational! We had some last minute issues and Jackies favorite sentence was Dont worry about it, me and Daniella will take care of it She always has our minds at ease and made sure this day was so magical. Roxy and her team helped me plan and execute such a beautiful wedding for my daughter and son in law this past weekend (8/12/23). She has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her communication was efficient. One stop shop for vendors such as florists, chair and linen rentals, Photo Booth rental, DJ’s, and so much more. If you’re looking for a photographer, she has/knows the best one (thanks, Victoria!). Cake vendors? they’ll have great recommendations. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire 8 months of planning and working with Zeta Events Productions. Oh, I failed to mention this was a destination wedding, which could’ve made matters more stressful but with their team by my side in VA and the bride and groom’s side in NM, all we needed was Zoom! Comment: Zeta helped make my wedding go so smooth and fun! I cant recommend them enough! My day of coordinators, Roxy and Daniela made it so I didnt have to worry about a single thing on my day and handled getting things ready from a month out which was BEYOND helpful. Any curveball that was thrown on the day, they handled it so swiftly, and made sure I was having fun all night. I also had their DJ Justin working and he was AMAZING, everyone danced the night away the whole night, he talked to me beforehand to make sure we were on the same page and played the perfect music all night! Plus the photobooth and memory book I had with them was a hit all night, and was a perfect way to capture all the good feelings and memories of the night. Zeta was professional, organized, and my night would not have been as great as it was without them!

Roxy sat with us for hours, helping us put together the event of our dreams, going through every option which made us feel confident in our decisions. Jackie was our month-of-coordinator. She made me, as a bride, comfortable and relaxed every step of the way. Our day ran on schedule, seamlessly. Any issue that came up she took care of it quickly and efficiently. She always had a plan or a fix. She’s also not scared to get up close and personal. We are so lucky to have had Victoria as our photographer. She is truly an artist. She will walk you through every step, pose, smile, etc. Let her know what you want captured and she will take your vision to a whole new level. Jose was our videographer. He and Victoria worked in tandem to be present for every moment. The best part, Jose went above and beyond his duties to make sure my husband and I were hydrating, smiling, and staying calm and relaxed. Saul was our DJ. He worked closely with Jackie throughout the event to hit every cue. He kept our family and friends on the dance floor until the end of the night. Zeta events are like your fairy godmother in Cinderella, ready to wave their magic wand and make every dream you desire come true. Doing everything through their company made life so much easier, and I did not have to stress anything that had to do with their team. Roxy took the ideas from my head and made them a reality in her beautiful showroom. Jackie assisted me through the minor details and provided comfort throughout the planning process. Victoria is such a talented photographer, and she has this way of making the shoots so fun and exciting I can get my husband to take pictures professionally again. Let me tell you that is not an easy task. I am so excited to get our video back from Jose he pairs perfectly with Victoria they are a dynamic duo for video and photography. He has a lot of creative ideas and is very calm throughout all the madness that comes with a wedding. Needless to say, if you need help with your wedding, contact Zeta Events. Comment: Roxy was amazing in helping plan our wedding. She took care of everything especially since I was in japan and could do very little planning from here. We had a few zoom meetings and talked about my vision for the wedding. Everything came out beautifully especially the centerpiece for the reception tables. It was absolutely beautiful. She was very helping not only during planning but on the actual wedding day as well. Everything went smoothly because she was right there to push and make sure everything is in schedule. Victoria our photographer was awesome as well! She didn’t miss a moment and captured everything and taught us our good side and angles. Comment: Our wedding day could not have been any more magical thanks to the whole Zeta team. There is someone from Zeta behind EVERY single special moment from our day. As a bride I had nothing to worry about because Jackie was on top of everything. She rectified any issue that came up (probably more that I wasn’t even made aware of, because they didn’t want any stress our on our shoulders). They went way above their duties as our day of coordinator, videographer, dj, photobooth, and entertainment with La Hora Loca. We’re so grateful for how special our day was thanks to this incredible team.
